I arrived and checked in. This is an unmanned hotel. I entered my reservation number ⇒ No reservation. I tried many times but got the same answer. I called to ask ⇒ The other party was a robot. It didn't solve the problem. I thought it would work, but then I met a cleaning staff member. When I explained the problem, he brought me a different reservation number from the one I had and asked me to try it. I tried it and was able to check in. When I checked in, it was amazing. The room was huge and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. The TV was a projector that covered the entire wall. It was a very modern hotel.

It is surrounded by office buildings located few streets away from the main road (subway station), peaceful quiet, clean and convenient.
Have daily clean up and replenishing full sets of room amenities.
The odd thing is they don't provide cookery and tableware though there is microwave and electric stove.

We loved that the room we stayed in was spacious for three guests and the room was cleaned everyday. Easy check in and check out. We would choose to stay here in again when we visit Osaka.

It is an intelligent building, new and good experience. Clean areas, nice facilities, and the room was serviced. A little issue doing the chech-in because the machine did not recognize the reception number and # number.

My family loved it here. If I'm ever back in Osaka, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for your cleaners! But it would be better if they responded faster though. I had some confusion about check in but only heard from the property after 2 days.

It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home.
