Service: Service with a smile, but the girl at the front desk is not very smart. It takes a long time to check in and she will make mistakes. The shuttle bus is on time and boarding is very orderly. Be sure to look for the Sakurabashi Exit of Osaka Station! When you go out in the morning, you will find newspapers on the shelf by the door. The toiletries are from Pola. The comb is very useful and has been taken away.

After resuming my travel abroad, I visited Osaka again after five years. After looking at hotels for a long time, I chose New Otani, which I had stayed at five years ago. My impression at the time was very good. Location: Located in the northeast corner of Osaka Castle Park, it focuses on a quiet environment and is only a ten-minute walk from the lively Kyobashi Shopping Street. If you don’t plan to do a lot of shopping, this hotel’s location is still very good. Transportation: There are three nearby stations, all of which are basically within ten minutes’ walk. You can take the Osaka Metro Nagahoribashi Line directly to Shinsaibashi. There is the Keihan Electric Railway that can go directly to Kyoto Gion and Sanjo. There is also the most popular one in Osaka. The Jr Loop Line (can reach usj, airport, and Kobe) Facilities: It is hard to imagine that this is a hotel that opened in 1986. The facilities are very well maintained. Hygiene: Like the facilities, as an old Japanese brand hotel, the hygiene is clean and there is nothing uncomfortable. Service: Maintaining a high standard of service content as always In the future, Osaka will be my first choice without any surprise.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

We enjoy our 3-night stay here. Umeda is transport hub and we took super fast train from Kyoto (just 45 mins) and the station exit is close to this hotel. The 5-star hotel is tall, very clean, elegantly decorated and spacious. Room inside is excellent in every aspect. We had a wonderful and open views overlooking the city and the big wheel. There're several restaurants or otherwise many dining choices in the neighborhood. We tried the lunch all-you-can-eat which is nice. Staff ok, English not very good though. The hotel is so kind and generous for giving me a small bunch of flowers on my birthday 💐 Price is unexpectedly good too, about USD205 per night for our triple room and our stay is during the Easter holidays! Overall, recommended with hesitation.

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

The rooms were small but cozy. I stayed with two friends in this hotel, and we all fit comfortably in the space, although, suitcases were hard to open. There was one concerning part of the hotel there is a fogged glass window on the bathroom door, and you could see the people inside. The housekeeping came around daily, and there was a fresh supply of towels, fash washers and soap each day. The hotel also has free massage chairs that were amazing after a long day of walking. The food was very traditional, and there were no western options. The food may be an issue for some, but my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the food provided.

As a brand new addition to the Toyoko Inn chain, I am impressed to see a familiar room design with some upgraded features. Firstly and most important, USB charging is introduced, so travellers no longer need to bring their own plug adapters. Secondly, decor of the room has become nicer, with one wall painted in chic green. In-room wifi is of course provided. The location of the hotel is good as well- it is about 8mins walk from JR Sakuranomiya Station, which is on the Osaka Loop Line and is just 2 stations away from Osaka main station. Although the hotel is surrounded by ”love motels”, it is also adjacent to the Sakuranomiya Shrine and the riverside park, which had really beautiful cherry blossom trees. As we stayed in April, the blossoms were really magnificent. Breakfast was no-frills and typical Toyoko style. Staff were friendly. I would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel was gorgeous. Staff are lovely. Our twin room was spacious with very comfortable beds and, again, plug in facilities for all our electronic devices without having to use our international plugs. Coffee, tea, etc on tap 24 hours in the lobby and, for those who travel with no pyjamas or toiletries, all was provided in the room. Weird & wonderful was that you could put your laundry in the washer/dryers and see from the screen in your room when it was finished and ready for you to go back & collect it. Train stations are close to hand. A huge shopping mall down to the right of the exit but if you want to find good eating places turn left from the exit and you will only have to walk a few hundred metres to find many choices.

I used it because it was just renewed and it was close to the station by train to go to Osaka Castle Hall. It was very beautiful from the appearance to the inner view, so it was easy to spend, and the station and convenience store were very convenient without a few minutes walk. Despite the hustle and bustle of the city and the time, there was no bustle of foreigners, and it was the impression around the station called the residential area a little far from Namba and Umeda. It is very convenient because it is one train (1 station) to Kyobashi where restaurants and restaurants are lined up. I think it is especially recommended for those who visit Osaka many times. It was a luxurious breakfast buffet as well as the reputation! The steak, which is also the highlight, is soft, there are various Japanese and Western menus, and all menus are not conquered ... lol. Moreover, when I get up from the guided seat and go to pick up side dishes and return to the seat, I am happy that not only chopsticks but also hand wipes will be renewed. The size of the room is about the same as a standard business hotel. Amenity is abundant. It was a hotel that I wanted to use again, including the kind and polite response of the staff 々!

On a return trip to Osaka, I chose to stay at Hotel Noum and I'm so glad I did! A three night stay turned into eight nights due to unforeseen circumstances, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. I chose a Riverview single room and it was perfect for me/one person. Windows lined the entire room and it looked onto the river. You can also access a sweet plant-lined terrace from this room. I appreciated the laundry facilities and kitchen equipment on the 5th floor--so helpful. It is the one time I would recommend potential guests to definitely get the breakfast plan with the room. The food is terrific. Coffee too! The staff were all outstanding--front desk, management, kitchen--all amazing. They were so accommodating and really helped me out when I needed it. The neighborhood at first looks a bit quiet, but dig deeper and you'll find some excellent hidden gems--fun, cozy wine bars, cool restaurants, clothing shops and a bustling restaurant and shopping scene only a few blocks away. I was sad to leave! Thank you, Hotel Noum!! I hope to return someday soon.

The location is right next to Tenjibashisuji, and there is a 7-Eleven next to the hostel, so I was able to enjoy the trip a little more relaxed and comfortable. ☺️ The staff were so friendly, It was so nice to be kind and quick to solve the questions and difficulties. 👍❤️ It was nice to be concise and convenient because you can only choose what you need, and there is a cute cat. It was completely healing itself 😻 !! However, there is Tenma Station within a 3-minute walk, so I can hear a little noise from the station until midnight, but there was no big inconvenience to sleep. On the other hand, it was very convenient to move because it was a 3-minute walk from Tenma Station ☺️ Happy and comfortable rest ‼️ Thank you 💓

First of all, this hotel is not as close to the subway as the merchants have told for nearly six minutes on foot. It is purely a lie. Kyungbashi Station is 1.2 km away and walks without a word. Then this hotel is purely self-help. There is no staff to call. The voice operation is very unpleasant. How much time do you have to clean the service? If you need to pay 1000 yen, once the toiletries and paper towels are used up, there is no need to continue. The bath towels are not replaced by the ones. We have a family of three for the towel and Ctrip. They can't find anyone. Although they had clean towels and paper towels the day before they left, my mood is still very bad. To tell the truth, where are the praises coming from!

The advantage is that the transportation is very convenient. It is not far from the JR Station Temman Station. It is very close to Sakuranomiya and Tenmangu Shrine. It is within walking distance. It is really not too convenient to take JR for a day trip around Osaka. The room is very large, which is rare in Japan. The bed can be regarded as a double bed. The facilities are complete and self-service check-in is very convenient. The disadvantage is that it is right next to the railway. Japanese houses do not directly open their balconies to face the railway. Although the room is separated by two doors and a space inside, the railway can still be heard. People who are light sleepers should think carefully. I personally don’t feel much sleep. effect and is therefore satisfactory.
