Very small room, had problem opening our two large suitcases. Toilet is ok not too small, washers and dryers available. Very good location, just a stone’s throw away from two exits of Yodoyabashi station, in which one has elevator access. Family mart and supermarket nearby too. Located in a very safe and peaceful area, which is a blessing. Overall worth for its price.

I stayed for the first time. It was good to be able to stay at a reasonable price of 4000 yen with breakfast. I thought it was in the room, so I forgot to take the pajamas by the front desk and it was troublesome to go to take it. Breakfast was a satisfactory content if you think about the price.

When I participated in the event at the festival hall, I used it. It is about 2 ~ 3 minutes walk from the subway Yotsubashi line ”Higo Bashi” station, so it is convenient from the Umeda area and from Nanba area. The festival hall was about 5 ~ 6 minutes walk, so I didn't have to worry about the time of the train, whether going to or returning to the event. It was still 3 years since the opening, so it was a new and clean impression overall. It is a compact hotel with 5 rooms on the 1 floor and about 40 rooms in the whole, but there were laundry corners and free spaces (rental space with kitchen). The rooms were a type of shoe-free up, not a bed, but a futon on the floor of the floor. The rooms were also cleaned properly and there was no shortage of facilities. Because the time was late to end the event, dinner was finished at the convenience store, but there were many good shops around. The next day, I went to the Nakanoshima Museum of Art, Osaka, about 6 ~ 7 minutes walk, but I was grateful that the check-out was 11 o'clock and it was late (I was able to leave my luggage after checking out). I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to go around here.

Walkable distance from Higobashi station 肥後橋. Just two stops from Namba station, which is the interconnecting city point and the shopping zone. The hotel is located on the main street , very easy to locate, and a few good restaurants and convenience store on the same street. The room is clean but the light switch, clothes hooks and movable coffee tables are not sufficient. No tea bags and coffee inside the room, possibly they are expecting the travelers to go to the Lawson convenience store which is just next to the check in reception area. There’s a hot bath area floor, just that we have no time to enjoy that after too much sightseeing and shopping in the city. Namba station is hugh with lots of shopping mall, like the airport. If you are leaving for the airport after check out, you must spare more time for the walking distance inside the Namba station.

An accident happened before check-in, and the process was quite anxious. Fortunately, it was solved with the help of Ctrip staff. The hotel can still communicate. The location is not far from the subway. It is relatively quiet, especially on weekends. The room is quite comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is doing very well.
