The hotel is located at the Western end of the Karl Johnson street /belt, about 8 to 10 minutes from the Olso central train station. It is nearer to the Royal Palace and the Akershus Festning (fortress) and further away from the Oslo Opera house.
The restaurant only open for breakfast and do not serve dinner. Still, there are many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
Check-in is efficient as with all Norway hotels. The breakfast is excellent, although the selections remain the same.
Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in Oslo.

服務：前台小哥很帥 很nice 東西遺忘在房間裏 還幫忙辦卡進去拿
着重必須誇一誇早餐 三文魚自由 是這麼多天吃過最豐富好吃的了

雖然小，沒有拖鞋，但是床很軟，衞生比較乾淨。服務員態度很好！
最重要的是早餐好吃，可以吃到10點。地理位置很棒，購物出門5分鐘即達各大奢侈品牌

分享一下真實入住情況，方便國人朋友參考：1. 酒店位置很方便，就在卡爾約翰大街，旁邊就是蔚來新能源車店。離王宮也近。2. 酒店一層衹有個很小的前台，入住的基本都是白人，很少有華人，我入住的這兩天一個華人也沒見過。3. 房間樓層很奇怪，比如住5樓，有好多房間得上半層，或下半層才能到，這一大截樓梯，沒電梯座，這個很奇怪，行李多的話很不方便。4. 早餐非常好，很豐富，餐廳裏是玻璃穹頂，很多植物，氛圍感很好。5. 酒店叫車比自己打車要貴很多，而且他們合作的出租車公司，司機可以用強盜和流氓形容，被我遇到了……我也是非常詫異，怎麼大白天核心地段怎麼會出這麼可怕的事，所以大家打車自己用軟件叫或者選擇公共交通，不要從這家酒店叫車。6. 房間裏很齊全，也有燒水壺，咖啡機，但是床單上有毛髮。

蠻不錯的，位置很好，離中央車站很近，周圍購物餐飲都很方便，去碼頭歌劇院美術館博物館都是步行距離，前台也很友好。
