The hotel is superbly located to access restaurants, theatre and pubs. It’s very quiet as there is limited road access for vehicles. The rooms are serviced twice a day so plenty clean towels and freshened up rooms. The staff are very knowledgeable as to where to park a hire car and they’re super helpful. The restaurant served one of the best fish and chips I’ve had in London and they do a great value 2 course menu until 18h30 which helps the budget. I would definitely recommend The Store.

The room was very smaller and uncomfortable, no view, not matched the photos provided for booking. The bathroom was designed too high for Asian, we couldn’t look at my face at the mirror inside bathroom. Bad design! Extremely disappointed and unhappy about this booking. Affect my chance to further book hotel via Trip.com. Please advise “The Store” to amend their service or the client will go away. Too expensive for a room like this charged over HKD3165. Scam! Scam! Scam!

Superb location right in the centre of Oxford. Good for those travelling without car. If travelling with car, you would need to park in Westgate or Worcester street car park. Only opened in 2024, so the facilities are new and clean. Modern chic style. Spa is small, but has steam, sauna and experience shower. The only thing was whenever we asked for something, it took us 2-3 attempts to finally get things delivered.

The location is great, convenient for getting to attractions and back to the train station. The service was responsive. I was assigned a room for disabled people, which was quite spacious. The mini-fridge was replenished with drinks, but the flavors were rather unique, which I didn't like.

This is my second stay. Here are my small experiences: The staff are very friendly, especially the male front desk staff RAHUL, who is very friendly and deserves special praise. The overall hotel service is good. Here are some shortcomings The room was not cleaned up after more than 4 hours of absence The next day after checking in, someone knocked on the door and asked if I had just checked in or would I leave (very strange) Because it is a newer hotel, the curtains in the room fell down and needed maintenance personnel to repair them. Personally, the overall facilities and environment of the hotel are relatively new and clean, so I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Oxford. The hotel has an unbeatable location, right in the downtown area, with many restaurants, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, bookstores, etc. nearby.
