It’s my old place. It’s relatively close to the exhibition hall. It’s very cost-effective. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you’re not used to eating in restaurants outside, you can buy food and cook something yourself. The room is fully equipped with kitchen utensils.

The most important thing is that you can cook by yourself, buy something from Carrefour, and cook something you like. It’s great.

We arrived on a very hot day to find that the hotel had no air conditioning or fans. We tried to move hotels within minutes of arriving but due to the rugby World Cup we had no luck. I asked the hotel if they had a fan and we were told to open the windows. We had 2 young children and the windows had no screens, so this was not an option seen as we were several floors up. Size of the apar**ent was good, but that’s about it. There was mould in the bathroom and toilet, probably due to no airflow! We had trouble communicating with staff which made things difficult. Location was good, convenient to tram and train services. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff ok. However, mould growing on bathroom ceiling. Lower levels stank of sewage. The really bad bit though is the fact that 1 month after departing the hotel removed £197 GBP from my account without any warning or permission. Upon emailing them they eventually told me it was a mistake and I would be refunded. 1 week later and a refund of £185 appeared in my account. So I am still not fully refunded and this hotel still holds my card details which is really worrying. There has been no proper apology, in fact, when I have subsequently emailed to tell them that I haven’t been refunded in full for their mistake I was told that I would have to prove this by sending the hotel my own bank statements! So in summary! A substandard hotel which retains your credit card details and then steals money from you. Then claim that they don’t trust you. Frankly, astonishingly bad.

The apar**ent was really comfortable and all the staff very kind, attentive and willing to help.
Sometime you have to try out something and have your own experience instead of following negative reviews and I am glad I didn’t follow the negative reviews about this apar**ents.
The transport link to this place is really good and is not too far from Eiffel Tower and the city centre.
