I don't really have good experience with this hotel. When i first arrived at the hotel, communication with the guy at the front desk was terrible. My friend arrived before me and asked if she can do an early check in and if not if she can leave her bags with the reception. He told her that all available rooms were handed out and she has to wait until the check in time, which is at 15:00. When i arrived, i asked for parking options and he wasn't able to help but he also didn't say he doesn't know. He just spent my time after a long drive and in the end, i found my own. After that we wanted to check in at 15:45. He told us that the room is not ready and we need to wait like 15 minutes. My friend already asked for a room, the rooms were given out to other people, and she was asked to wait until the check in time and they were not even able to do that! The room was extremely small. When we were given the room after 16:00, one hour later than the promised check in time, the corridors were messy with other rooms dirty towels. There were already stains in the pillow cover. It can be that the stains cannot be removed by washing but still disturbing. When we asked to get the room cleaned, the same stained sheets were there.
