How should I describe this hotel? Actually, the location is great, the environment is great, the price is reasonable, and the room even has a kitchen and washing machine. Maybe because I stayed in a room by myself, the design of this hotel building is very unique. It actually has two buildings, but I happened to stay in the other building, so I had to walk a long way and it was very deep. I'm not afraid of walking, but every time I had to go back to the room, for some reason it was very quiet... very quiet... It was a bit scary (after all, the corridor is really deep) (you have to go down a short flight of stairs and take two different elevators). As for the environment and the room, it was great, but I was really scared to go back to the room during the two days I stayed there (I didn't have this feeling when I stayed in other hotels).

Great location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and close to a metro station, making it very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. The room was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good. Special thanks to Momo at the front desk for the friendly, funny, and welcoming service on our check-out day.

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable. The hygiene is good! Very clean! The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good! I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can. Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you! It was nice, the only problem was that the bed were separated in the middle but after mentioning that they were very quick to fix the problem. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the station, and along the way there are many restaurants and supermarkets. There are also plenty of dining options and shops near the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast environment is calm and relaxing, with a wide variety of food, and everything tastes very good. The hotel staff are polite, and there is sparkling water available in the lobby. The room is comfortable, clean, and very practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Super General manager, Super hosts, I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same. Central located, check-in procedure was easy. Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :) Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon. Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud. Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

Appartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed. NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

A good budget hotel for one night. Could be cleaner. It's right next to the highway. The curtain is missing and in the closet instead of being fixed. There's no refrigerator or anything like that in the room. The shower and bed were fine.
