Amazing
GGuest UserHighly recommended!
The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Lucerne train station and all the major attractions, with a bus stop right outside. I absolutely loved the hotel's decor. The room was very spacious, and they provided a full range of amenities including shower caps, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. (Toothbrushes and toothpaste, however, need to be requested from the front desk.) Plus, there were complimentary snacks and drinks specially prepared for guests!
The hotel breakfast was delicious, and if you're not keen on the buffet, they also offer an à la carte menu. Additionally, the hotel also boasts exceptionally delicious Chinese cuisine (though be warned, it's quite expensive).
The hotel is right by Lake Lucerne, and it's truly idyllic to just sit on the balcony, feel the breeze, and enjoy a drink when you have some downtime. 😌 Overall, this is easily the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Switzerland.
The only drawback? It's a bit pricey, haha!
AAnonymous UserI stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards.
When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying:
1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍
2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake.
3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place.
The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?
AAnonymous UserVery good apar**ent, it is a self-check-in apar**ent type, there is no front desk, the room is in a very good location, the lake view is very beautiful, and dining and transportation nearby are also relatively convenient, which is very suitable for family travel.
LLa_MimiThe hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean !
On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious.
For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here.
I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, just across the street from the train station. However, the room's layout prioritizes aesthetics over functionality; for instance, there's no luggage rack. The bed was reasonably comfortable. A nearby church chimes on the hour, which affected my ability to sleep early while adjusting to the time difference. The breakfast was quite basic, offering pretty average value for money.
AAA KikiLocation wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.
TTing Ying GohI had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary.
I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!
ZZackoechoLocation was right beside the train station, making it easy to get in and out of the town. The main streets were also walkable, mostly within 20mins. It can get rather noisy at night due to the bar nearby, but the hotel did provide earplugs to help with the potential noise issue. There is no air-conditioning in the room we booked and we had to rely on the outside air, which was still rather cold so that was not a major issue. The lift is of the typical old European style, so travellers with huge luggage may find it inconvenient when taking the lift.
CCHENGYINGThe room is clean, the style is quite medieval, and the furniture and equipment are very tasteful
The service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. Check-in time coincides with summer changes, and the hotel also provides thoughtful reminders~
GGuest UserService: Quite dissatisfied with one of the long-haired girls; her attitude was very impolite, and she seemed to treat Chinese guests differently. Early check-in required an extra 20 Swiss francs per person. If we didn't check in and just wanted to store our luggage, it cost 6 Swiss francs for two suitcases. In short, they found all sorts of ways to charge us.
Room: Generally quite clean, but there was no hairdryer in the room. We had to ask the front desk for one?!
Transportation: Bus route 4 is right next to the hotel, which is extremely convenient for getting around and goes directly to Lucerne train station.
