GGuest UserThis hotel is so thoughtful. They greeted us as soon as we got off the car, helped us with our luggage, and gave us a big watermelon, which was brought to our room. It is simply a five-star service. The facilities are also very new. The room is clean and sanitary. The most rare thing is that both the front desk and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. We are two women. Because we just called a taxi to take us to the desert, the proprietress was worried that we would be in danger when we went out to play, so she left her phone number. In case anything happened, she would step on the accelerator and come to find us. It was the first time I felt the human touch when I was away from home. Shanshan is really a very good place. When you come here, you are treated as one of their own family. We went to the pharmacy and had a meal. They were all very enthusiastic and warm. If it werenโt for the itinerary, I would have stayed for a few more days. In addition, the hotel also rents clothes for only 50 per set. They took a lot of beautiful photos for us. It is very close to the desert.

The room is very large. Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room.
Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels.
