ahv⭐︎This was our first family trip, and we stayed here for the first time.
The building had a homey atmosphere and simple interior design. It was very conveniently located, with a Seicomart nearby and a Coop within walking distance, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.
There was a table and chairs for outdoor BBQ. A BBQ set was provided, making preparation quick and easy, but it would be great if they also provided fans. We were able to buy other items nearby, but we struggled to find fans.🤣 We also couldn't find a charcoal pot, so it would be helpful if it were easier to locate. However, the mosquito coils, insect repellent items, and kitchen facilities were more comprehensive than we expected, making cleanup easy and showing great consideration.
It's highly recommended for families. 😊
The parking lot is spacious, but please be careful if you have a large vehicle as the road is narrow.
It's a great base for sightseeing around Shiraoi and Noboribetsu. ✨✨

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the hot spring town. It's just a few minutes' walk to Noboribetsu Onsen Station, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The room was a Japanese-style one, but the design and decor felt a bit underwhelming, not as stylish as the lobby. The main drawback was that the tatami mat was a little dirty.
However, the restaurant was lovely with nice partitions between tables, and the food was excellent. The mini hot pot for dinner, with its tomato broth, seafood, and tofu, was a delightful surprise. The main course was a massive grilled fish – I was stuffed!
The onsen itself was on the smaller side, so it wasn't overly crowded. The indoor baths were very hot, so I ended up spending all my time in the outdoor ones.
Overall, I was satisfied.

Anonymous UserYumoto Onsen is a very good place to relax, with a nice location surrounded by nature. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for people who want to escape busy tourist spots. It sits in the mountains near Lake Yunoko, giving beautiful scenery in every season.
The hot spring itself is excellent, with natural sulfur water that feels very relaxing after a long day. Many ryokan offer traditional Japanese rooms and authentic meals, making the stay more special.
Overall, Yumoto Onsen is a good choice if you like calm atmosphere, fresh air, and scenic views. It may not have many shops or entertainment, but that is part of its charm.

The breakfast and dinner were great, and the hot springs were very comfortable. It's right opposite the bus terminal, which was a fantastic experience. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Noboribetsu!

Our family of three comfortably stayed in a room that featured both a tatami mat area and a Western bed. Upon check-in, we were given traditional Japanese yukata. The onsen (hot spring baths) are conveniently located on the B1 floor. For breakfast, there was a good selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel's location is also quite close to Jigokudani.

Traveller Lee1The location is very convenient, as it is right next to the bus station. The buffet food is excellent, and there is a free-flow of alcohol. The meals are satisfying. However, I was assigned a room on the 10th floor, and the room condition is really old and worn out and not really pleasant. Better only choose the room types that are renovated.

rhumanThe hotel seems to be renovated with good wifi coverage, and there is a smart tv in the room which one can log into Netflix account. The bedding is thin, so one will feel the floor when lying on it. Dinner may not be the most impressive, but still good value at the price point they are charging.

YUEI lived in Noboribetsu and this atrium, and I still prefer this one. If I go to Noboribetsu next time, I will stay there again. On the mountain Noboribetsu, pick-up service at 2:00 and 4:00 pm (pick-up at JR station) is available after booking with the hotel. The hotel is good, just don't like their public slippers (woven straw uppers). If you don't wear socks, you will feel a little sticky, but so is the flower atrium. The open-air style of the house is very good. It is relatively large. You can take a look at the snow on the pine trees while soaking in the hot spring. It feels very natural and much stronger than the open-air style of the flower atrium. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but it was really bad. This may be my own problem. I am not used to eating. The ice cream at the kiosk downstairs is delicious, you buy it every day, and it's easy to buy water. There is a small park in front of the hotel, the snow is very thick, you can play with snow, and there is no one. It is clean and very comfortable. A 15-minute walk from the hotel is the Noboribetsu ski resort. It is very convenient to play snow and there are very few people. In short, it is quite satisfactory.
