GGuest UserThank you for the excellent stay. we didn't manage to find the jacuzzi but we didn't try too hard, either. The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area.

GGuest UserWe had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door.

GGuest UserFirst of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future

LLIFANGThe location of the hotel is very good. It is located on Condado Road. There are many delicious restaurants here, including several Chinese restaurants. It is also very close to the beach and casino. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again. GGuest UserThe modern washing/dryer machines are not usable due to wireless network issue, and hotel could not fixed it and we have to use the neighbor hotel’s coin laundry machine to wash our clothes after great outdoor activities.
The breakfast is included in the booking but waiter still print bill for us and caused some confusion, it is better to explain it earlier in a clear way to let customer understand , I saw several other customer also asking the bill.
Front desk is nice and help us to keep the luggage after checkout so we can visit the nearby freely before actually leave the hotel to airport.

AabbyaiAlthough the room is not cheap in the peak season, the sanitary environment service facilities are very good. There are two 24-hour supermarkets opposite the hotel, not far from the beach, the hotel's coffee shop and restaurant are also very good.
