GGuest UserGreat experience for us, first time stayed in a ”boat house”, we find it very interesting and peaceful, everything is clean and equip, the view on deck was beautiful too. The only thing might need to bear in mind is all boat are right next to each other, and we are glad there was no big party / noise going on in the evening. If we have time, we will definitely stay for a few more days to enjoy the 'on boat life'.

MMark PhilipThis property is approximately 1 hr from Key West. Check in is handled remotely, works very well and we found the 2 night stay met our needs at a reasonable cost. A restaurant is within walking distance, (we did not use but there were good reviews posted online). A short drive from the property provides multiple restaurant choices.

MMichael Thames$25/day resort fee due at check-in. The AC units shut themselves off after some undetermined amount of run-time. Had to keep flipping the breaker to get the AC to run. Temp never got to the setpoint and because it didn't run long enough, it never sucked the humidity out of the room. Room was clean. Parking lot was crowded.

GGuest UserThe stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms for our friends both rooms were clean and the location was nice but our room the tv did not work well we called three times over two days yet got no responce.the most disapointing part was the resort facilities were not open the pool bar we never saw open and the bar at the waters edge was only open twice we called and was told the bartender couldn’t make it. We found TJs down the road and spent some evenings at that resort. The breakfast was not enjoyed by anyone in our party. I cannot recommend this resort.
