Di luar ekspektasi dari gambar, kecewa karena berbarengan dengan gathering acara gitu jadi ga baby friendly karena berisik meski sudah dikasih pemberitahuan dan permohonan maaf tapi tetap saja ya itu kan di luar prediksi kita yang harusnya pihak hotel memberikan compliment berupa free meal/service apapun lah yang membuat customer ga kecewa karena malemnya aga terganggu meski cuma sampe jam 9 malem. Saranku sih bikin ballroum atau ruangan khusus ya yg jauh dari kamar2 pengunjung kasian kalau ada yg bawa bayi. Karena anak ku nangis terus, would never come back but the security service was good, the food? Not the best.
