Bravo! Worst Marriott stay to-date. Walked up for a coffee, maybe a breakfast sandwich. “sorry, no breakfast today and 10-15 minutes for coffee.”
I shared with online chat and their response? Wait for it… go talk to the front desk for a free breakfast.
Room was decent. Awkward layout. Room comes with one caff and one decaf coffee packet.
Check-in was smooth and courteous, although there were 2 people at the counter and one was doing the customer work while the other was focused on something else other than the customers in line… not even an acknowledgement they have paying customers standing before them.
Overall, You can lead a horse to water….
