If you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing holiday then this is for you! The hotel is very modern and clean. The food is the best all inclusive I've experienced. I also tried the Asian restaurant which was also amazing. Breakfast is a bit samey but the omelettes are to die for if you don't mind waiting. The pool loungers are comfy but the pool very very cold in April. There are a wide variety of drinks. A water station for filling up so bring a water bottle. The gift shop very reasonable. The lead entertainment guy worked his socks off however some of the entertainment I found a bit dull like the singers. It was a bit flat at night. Pernera is just over a mile walk along the boardwalk which is also perfect for walking or running in the day. WiFi was exceptional in the hotel. All in all a nice break.

nasty and cheap breakfast, services not available, questionable cleaning, unbothered staff... Hotel presenting as 5 star through various booking site, when in fact its only 4 star with a 3 star services. Room service not available, outside sunbeds should be called shadebeds as there is no sun most of the day, girl at the spa rude and judgemental, non of the bars working and restaurant working only certain hours, there was nowhere to get a drinking water at night as the one inside the room was not replenished - all of this should be at least communicated before booking. The point of booking a room in the 4-5*hotel is to have access to its services and not have to worry about shopping, searching for food and water.... even if it is off-season. Those are the basics of hotel services. But yeah if you want to make nice pictures it might be for you...........

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

In all honesty, we were underwhelmed when we arrived but it was nearly 11pm and we had already dropped off at some impressive looking hotels. However, it did not take us long to realise that we had misjudged the hotel completely! We’d missed the dinner sitting so there were sandwiches, bottles of water, slices of cake and fruit in the fridge waiting for us, along with the welcome drink. The room was spotless, welcoming and beautifully airy and roomy. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is very small, so finding our room was easy. The housekeeping staff were amazing and offered to swap our covers for a duvet after learning that we hadn’t slept well on our first night. The hotel and the grounds were beautifully maintained and clean, with staff always available. The pool and the sea were both a little chilly, since it’s only April, but we swam in both most days. The food is amazing and the service from the wait staff and bar staff was wonderful. They are attentive and helpful, even going to the lengths of learning cocktails that were asked for but not on the menu, remembering that my husband had been selecting peppermint tea and making sure there was a teabag on our table at breakfast and answering any questions we had about the hotel and area. This hotel is very small, with one pool and one restaurant and no entertainment but I would return without hesitation. It is easy to get a bus to Ayia Napa and to walk into more lively areas while being able to relax in a quiet, laid back environment.
