We stayed in this splendid property for just one night, within a stupendous landscape setting. The room made entirely of stone is simply furnished and romantic, with good breakfast and amenities. It would be nice to go back!

We were welcomed by a young boy who obviously had little experience, he made us sit in the room and once we entered we immediately realized that the room was freezing. We go to check the thermostat and it was 14 degrees. We complained to the boy who told us that he had just turned on the radiators, but clearly since it was clear that the room had not been used for some time, the heating had to be turned on long before our arrival. But this was clearly not done. So we found ourselves sleeping at 14 degrees because the radiators, despite being on all night, were not able to heat properly. After a few hours the temperature had gone from 14 to 15 degrees. Furthermore, the boiler made a very loud noise and, being on all night, did not allow us to rest well. Very beautiful place but it's a shame that this very serious thing ruined everything. Money really badly spent. Never again.

Enchanting place in the Umbrian greenery. Very well-kept castle that makes for an evocative stay. However, there are some things to fix: excessive cold in the rooms, especially those facing outside. Another thing to improve is the concierge service, there was a young boy to whom we told him that we would arrive at 2.30pm and he told us to arrive at 3pm. He said that we didn't want the room but just to lean on it and leave our suitcases.

Excellent welcome and service. Ready to satisfy every little need. Large and comfortable rooms. The location is strategic for visiting cities such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio. Damiano manages a place reborn after years of abandonment; one perceives painstaking and accurate work, still in progress; the castle is beautiful, in the majestic simplicity of a medieval residence which has been deliberately left with simple environments and certainly not devoid of comfort and modernity. The rooms in the circular tower are beautiful, suitable for a romantic couple's stay. Then the area is very green, at night you can see few lights of the surrounding villas and the castle of Antognolla, not far away. If you need rest, relaxation, distance from the stresses of "civilization", you can find it here. We will be back, also to see the progress of the restoration!
