No quarto não tem TV, a TV que possuía na sala de jogos não estava funcionando e que, inclusive a recepcionista informou um furto do controle remoto. Sala de jogos que não tem jogos e a maioria tudo quebrado e sem iluminação. O café da manhã muito fraco, além disso, o leite e o café estavam frios.

Hotel muito ruim , não recomendo , toalhas velhas , colchão cheirando mofo , café da manhã eles não repõe os produtos , sendo assim no terceiro dia resolvi nem ir mais tomar café , chocará quebrada e mosquinha nas frutas , limpeza do quarto não fazem mesmo avisando pra fazerem , muito ruim mesmo a administração do hotel

Achei Ok.
Café da manhã com uma variedade razoável de itens.
O colchão não é dos mais confortáveis (parece bem obsoleto).
Chuveiro elétrico é bom e novo.
Atendimento é bom, na média. Alguns funcionários estremamente bem educados e outros, não muito.
No geral, avalio como mediano.

achei ótimo o hotel, adorei. Só não gostei do meu quarto, pois o colchão e os travesseiros estavam péssimos. o colchão muito velho com ondulações e os travesseiros estavam cheirando a mofo. Precisariam atualizar os quartos mais simples com cama box. A cama era muito velha.

Hotel sem serviço de quarto, não limpavam o quarto. 1o. quarto estava com uma goteira enorme, sujo , colchão no chão, sem cama box. Trocamos de quarto. 2o. quarto chuveiro não funcionava, Nao limparam o quarto nenhuma vez. Quarto com resto de ração de cachorro no chão e saquinho com sujeira deixado na varanda (provavelmente fezes do animal). Cafe da manha sofrivel, xicaras rachadas. Somente o atendimento foi razoavel, funcionarios atenciosos e simpaticos.

Gostamos do café e do almoço, o quarto era espaçoso, o local é bom próximo a praia e ao centro, os funcionáriosda da cozinha são atenciosos e caprichosos na preparação das refeições.
Não gostamos do wifi, ficava oscilando no nosso quarto dificultando assistir os streaming e canais na tv. Canais não tem nenhum nem digital e nem analógico. O nosso quarto ficava embaixo da sala de jogos e o som que vinha de cima incomodava bastante.
