Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento eccezionale. La struttura è immersa nel verde. Un paradiso. Curata. Pulita. Grandissima. Attrezzata di tutto: La nostra camera, la 202, anche se necessita di qualche piccolo ammodernamento, è risultata abbastanza confortevole e soprattutto pulita (complimenti al personale del servizio pulizia camere. Davvero tutti cordiali ed efficienti). Un plauso al personale del centro benessere (Giovanna e Letizia ci hanno consigliato trattamenti super efficaci. Un grazie immenso anche a loro e a tutto lo Staff, coordinato da una Leader molto preparata e cordiale). Complimenti anche ai coniugi responsabili del servizio Bar. Anche in loro abbiamo visto grande preparazione, professionalità e cortese disponibilità. Infine un plauso va al personale che in questi giorni (8 e 9 maggio) si è alternato alla Reception dell'hotel. Gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Un plauso speciale al personale delle Sale Ristorazione, guidati da una coppia di super professionisti. Lo Chef, in questi giorni, è riuscito a preparare piatti stellati, sempre all'altezza delle aspettative dei tantissimi ospiti presenti in questi giorni nella struttura (ai quali il personale di Sala non ha mai fatto mancare nulla). Bravi e complimenti ai proprietari/gestori di Baglio Basile di Petrosino. Faremo di tutto per tornare presto. Grazie e complimenti a tutto il personale.

The new five-star Grand Hotel Palace is the ideal place for a vacation in a refined and luxurious Italian-Sicilian spirit. The hotel is in baroque and renaissance luxury of decadence style. The staff at the hotel are professional and simply dedicated to their guests from all over the world, from Denmark to the United States of America. The most delicious Italian wines and the best Marsali espresso coffee are served here. Breakfast at the hotel is buffet style. From Italian savory to the most delicious sweet specialties. Bartender Giovanni Lo Cascio is professional and diligent, he was at our service every second. The outdoor swimming pool in particular adorns the oasis of the old Palace Hotel. The water is warm and clean. At the pool there is a beautiful garden for aperitif services and a restaurant (food and meals). Be sure to try Gambere and a sandwich with tuna, salad and a special tomato. A white wine that smells like fresh lemon perfume, it's great. The service inside the hotel goes to the signature for the room. So everything is made easy for you. You don't have to carry personal documents and money, or bank cards and wonder if you'll ever lose them. Room are amazing and luxury. We will come back to this wonderful hotel again. Marsala is a historical place that you will enjoy to the maximum. You can visit the Marakaibo beach with an agreement at the hotel reception, which will organize a transfer for you within 15 minutes from and to the hotel with a 30% discount on sunbeds and umbrellas. We have just returned from the Seawater Hotel. It is a lovely hotel kept spotlessly clean and with really friendly staff. The rooms are a good size with air con and very large comfy beds. Breakfast is great a mix of fresh fruit, cheese, hams and bread and an array of pastries and local treats. In the evening there is a good restaurant that when the weather is good food is served by the stunning pool. There are a few options for each course. If you have the trio of cheese starter which is lovely you can share between 2 as its a big portion. Location wise its in a quiet area on the main road into town. We didnt have a car and I would recommend you have one but you can walk into town in about 30 mins. Be warned some of the pavements are quite slim or none existent but it wasn't too much trouble. You can book the hotels shuttle into town for €5 per person each way and they will also help organise trips for you. We didnt use the spa but the 3 pools are great and a real asset to the hotel. Our only slight problem was they don't do lunch at the hotel so we went to the local supermarket a 5 minute walk and got some things for the room. There is also a local cafe probably 10 mins in the other direction, Cafe Caramel which was great but a bit of a limited choice. The staff are so lovely and helpful it was a great holiday and would definately recommend it.

We stayed at this resort for 8 days and we really had a great time here. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to help and accommodate you. The whole resort, including the room, is very clear and well kept. They really take pride in what they do and offer to their customers. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was sumptuous, especially the croissants with Pistachio cream (very delicious). We managed to also use the pool. It was spotless clean and we had a lovely time relaxing swimming and staying by the pool. They also gave us very good tips what to see and experience in the area. Thanks to their advice, we maximised on our Marsala experience and learnt more about this beautiful wine region. The service is very friendly yet professional. Anche ieri sera, in 3, cena indimenticabile con la famiglia. Il Titolare ed i suoi gentilissimi figli ci fanno sentire come a casa. Il personale è affabile, preparato e professionale. Ci hanno consigliato un fuori menù davvero prelibato: paccheri con ragù di pesce (crostacei) in cottura per ben 8 ore. Consigitissimo. Tartare di crudi di prima qualità. Freschissimi. Tiramisù al limoncello preparato con cura e prodotti freschissimi. Torneremo presto. Grazie sempre per l'accoglienza.

Barely rates as a 4 star. At edge of town, but only 7-8 min walk. Lots of tour groups stay there. Rooms nice some with patios. Bathrooms need updating. Breakfast ok, but can get really busy with all the groups. Wellness center in front with loud music. Stay here if you get a great rate.
