Nice hotel, mainly for locals. I was here for one night to quickly get to the airport in the morning. Beautiful view from the window, good restaurant, excellent breakfast.

For friends who have plans to come to Rayong or come to run errands around here We recommend this place as another accommodation chain like IHG with the concept of Simple Smart Travel, which of course will have the Brand Standard of Holiday Inn Express easily accessible. We booked this last minute based on its high reviews for the location. Overall it’s well passed its best and in dire need of updating. The room was pretty dirty and showed little sign of having been cleaned or updated in a long while. The bathroom fittings were all rusty and the grouting mouldy and in a terrible state of repair. The large fridge was empty and dirty. The kettle was full of dead ants and the patio furniture looked like it was made from old pallets. The ashtray was dirty, we don’t smoke. The railings are dangerously low and a child could easily slip through, or something could be kicked or dropped off the balcony directly onto diners on the pool deck area. There were dirty stains on the bedding too. We ate at the bar restaurant and service was painfully slow, my wife’s food had a hair in the sauce and the staff couldn’t be alerted so I had to tale back myself. The bar is heavily patronised by typical longterm expats and this seems to be the mainstay of the establishment. The decking around the pool is poorly repaired and could easily injure anyone not wearing footwear. Lastly, obviously not the hotel’s fault but the beach was dirty and littered with plastic and fishing debris.

It is a small but clean hotel, the color of the room and comfortable furniture, the balcony next to the sea. The hotel is next to Pricha Seafood Restaurant. All lovely staff Breakfast is a buffet style, but you have to choose the time to come down to eat because the restaurant is quite limited. Food options may not be many, but it is considered ok. Coffee is Fresh coffee, staff press from fresh uniforms. Traveling is suitable for people with private cars because the hotel is quite far from the city. If coming by bus, it may be inconvenient, but you can charter a minibus to deliver. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, bring this place another option in Pattaya.

It’s a cozy hotel located in Jomtien Beach, 120-150 metre walk to the beach. The overall was good. Room was nice and well equipped for 2 persons. There is a kitchenette in the room. If you’re looking for a place to escape from Bangkok in the weekend. This hotel might be a good choice. However, the restaurant (8th floor) was quite small. You have to wait in a queue for your breakfast especially if it is Saturday and Sunday. Parking lot was okay but please check availability with the receptionist before you make a reservation especially during the peak season/long weekend. The check in and check out time was not suitable for the guest. You will be able to check in at 15.00, while the check out time is 11.00 a.m. I personally think that the hotel should follow a standard time (14.00 check-in & 12.00 check out). Overall, it might suitable for someone who is looking for a cozy hotel that located near the beach. However, based on the overall service and experiences compared with the price, I will consider to book another hotel rather than revisit.

It is a hotel that is conveniently located on the main road. easy to travel Food and food are easy to find near the Lotus Ban Chang department store. The room size is not very large, but the bedding equipment is of good quality. no noise will be outside good service staff

The rooms are clean, very spacious, the price is only hundreds, very good value.

Excellent location, very nice staff and we will definitely stay again. The beds are very comfortable and the pool bar is very accommodating. 5 stars.
