I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. Arriving in this elegant hotel was a relief from the coach ride. After receiving room numbers and swipes our luggage was scattered to the four winds. Those of us who didn’t have names to our luggage were lost in translation and after waiting 45 minutes took action myself. Concierge had communicated that all luggage would be left somewhere for those of us to claim. They were left on 13th floor. Anyway running up 5 flights as lift a bit slow due to 60 plus of us arriving finally retrieved our luggage. Hotel room much more spacious, modern and new. Communication by staff poor understanding of English and the eagerness to please over rides anything else. Catering for large groups not their forte even though they knew previously as bookings were made months in advance. Not enough staff on the floor to manage the numbers and expectations were high from previous hotel in Siem Reap. Room service first night took up to 2 hours to receive as one chef on. By rights I was taught anything over 20 minutes food is compensated/free. In the heart of CBD, AC in room only, rooftop bar n swimming pool, adequate wifi (was able to watch Netflix on iPad) other than that I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Room for improvement on hospitality in catering for foreigners.

Our family have lived in Cambodia for 21 years and I'd only recently heard of this place. We needed a spacious place to bring a lot of luggage from the provinces for shipping back to our home country. The staff bent over backwards to cater to us, allowing us to store our luggage in their office and then unpack and re-pack it. Their service was especially helpful as I had travelled without my husband and needed extra help. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen, fridge and washing machine were especially important for us and we enjoyed the air con in the heat of dry season. There was clean drinking water(22L) provided for free and replaced when needed. The location was a bit tricky to get in and out of especially during peak hours but otherwise very central to shops and other places we needed to get to. I wish I'd known about this place earlier. I would highly recommend this place to others who travel with children. However, the small pool on the roof top empty and not in use when we stayed here.

It was a hotel right on the corner of the street. A really old luxury hotel? This is my impression. The room was large and nice, the bath and washroom were large, and surprisingly, it even had a sauna. It's large enough for two people. It happened to be a cold day, so I decided to warm up a little in the sauna. If you make a reservation with breakfast included, you will receive a hamburger delivered by our partner at the front desk. It looked like a pretty expensive hamburger, but since it was cold, the taste was disappointing, so I wish I could borrow a microwave. The former cafeteria on the first basement floor is no longer in use and is now a storage room, but hot water and instant coffee are provided, so I ate a hamburger there. I thought the price was high, but considering the location and the fact that it comes with a sauna, I personally think it's worth it. I don't know if the other rooms also have saunas.

This hotel is really really good. The room is quite big and comfortable. Very very clean. The bathroom provides towels, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and a hair dryer. The staff is super friendly and really helpful, service is superb. There is a 24/7 reception, so there is no problem with late check ins or early check outs. Supermarkets and small restaurants are nearby. Breakfast is included and quite good. There are Cambodian and Western style options of breakfast (see pictures), coffee is excluded. Its a little bit far away from the city center/touristic area but it's still fine. Value is incredibly. I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is small and very charming with the feel of early 20th century French colonial design and decor. The quiet rooms and the second-floor lobby all lend to one feeling like they've stepped back in time. Staff could not have been more helpful--super attentive to every need. Towels, linens, pillows all great, and the mattress was very comfortable! Two important tips: 1. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. The lobby is a walk-up from the street, and once inside you find an elevator to access the three floors above with rooms. So one has to walk those steps each day coming and going. Second, I stayed on the first floor in a room with a balcony, which sounds great until you realize it faces an unattractive building across an alley, is not large (about 10 feet wide and extending out only 2 feet...just enough for a small table and two chairs). Most if not all of the rooms are on the small side, and my queen-size bed had only about 6 inches on either side--not enough to really access that way, I always had to climb in from the foot of the bed. A friend had the adjacent room with a king-sized bed and ample room on both sides--the only difference being that room didn't have a balcony. All the balconies take away from room size, quant as they are, and probably only the third floor was high enough to see out any distance. I never used my balcony due to its small size, limited view, and the fact that that side faces the south so it's hot out there most days. On the plus side, the rooms have full windows across that whole outside wall. PS, the shower is outstanding, as other reviews have mentioned, and there are a couple of great meeting rooms for business or small gatherings.

Location is superb. Good restaurants with quite a lot of varieties of foods nearby like 2mins walk. Highly recommend Pleng Chan for breakfast. Love their pickels. Also Greek restaurant nearby was great. Queen mansion itself is a clean and safe hotel with hot water (considering some hotels in cambodia has only cold-warm water) but lacking some amenities and some issues were bit disappointing. No slippers, only two towels, dirty bath rug, ants in bathroom, one dead cockroach under a bedside drawer. When I stayed in bigger room, there were ants on the bed too. I had to spend almost 2 hrs in the middle of the night to kill 30 red ants on the mattress and pillow and blanket. I found out theres an ant house behind the bed. But I didnt see ants in smaller room. So don't get the room with kitchen. Its full of ants and the gas stove for cooking doesnt work.
