The entire service is very good, reception, cleaning, service in the restaurant and the entire organization of the Hotel. The food is tasty and served at an appropriate temperature and time. The facilities and location are very good for my movement.

We used the Full Spa Day (spend the day with use of facilities + lunch). All very well. An advice. We wanted to go on Tuesday to spend the night, have dinner, then get up, have breakfast and use the Full Spa Day voucher. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US $110,000 by entering on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. and leaving on Wednesday at 10:00. Maybe they should think about these types of "promotions"

Bad. It is very expensive for what they offer. We usually go to chain hotels and this is the worst. My children were bored the entire stay. My partner is vegan and he spends his time eating salad. and the cardboard room you can hear everything the neighbors do... If you have children and with your partner who want to relax, do not come to this hotel, you will never be able to relax.

We took a Spa Day with massages on a weekday and the experience was very good in general terms, the green area and the pool were well maintained. They give you a robe and towels but they are very used and pre-cared for. Dirty lounge chairs full of spider webs don't cost that much to clean. There is loud music all the time and it is filled with people. The restaurant's a la carte food is good, not cheap but well served. They charge you extra for what you consume in the pool. The drinks are useless, they were very washed out. Few people were consuming, there were a lot of gas users. Marina's massages are excellent! The attention of the girls at the Spa is also very good. Children (according to their internal rules) should respect certain times for the indoor pool but this does not happen and they are there all the time. The interior of the building needs maintenance and the In part of the Spa seems precarious but we use it little or not at all, I don't know what it will be like for renting rooms. It has outdoor parking and security.

A very good place for a business meeting with all the spaces necessary for that type of meeting. Good technical service in the meeting room, very comfortable rooms and fresh and creative gastronomic services. Outdoor parking, normal breakfast, good cleaning.

Hotel with little maintenance of the rooms, the ground floor is very noisy because through that corridor you access the Spa. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms (literally). We went with my partner and they gave us a room with two beds, having indicated in the reservation that I wanted a double room for two adult couples. When I arrived I requested the change and they did not have rooms available with that characteristic. Secondly, we couldn't pay with a credit card, a shame! Thirdly, the cleanliness of the spa is horrible, added to the limited space for so many people. They should organize shifts or not allow so many people to come to the place at the same time. On the other hand, if it is a spa and place of relaxation there cannot be an overpopulation of children jumping around playing and screaming!! In addition to how noisy the place is due to the sound of the jacuzzi motors that make the acoustics horrible. Honestly, it is far from being a place to relax. There are few lounge chairs for the number of people inside the spa and little order since people occupy the same ones with towels that when you enter you don't know if they are lying there taking up a place or if the people left and left them lying around. Furthermore, with the rates they manage, it cannot be that they do not provide robes and that they have such a high additional cost!! Lastly, the prices at the hotel restaurant seemed very expensive to me!! Ah!! The Wi-Fi never works and the passwords are not available in the room, so you have to call to get them so they don't work. Finally, in the room, a coffee maker that does not work, more products that are available to consume without a price list, which leads to confusion if they are complimentary or paid, a question that one finds out when leaving when they charge you a fortune for a bottle of water and some fries! The truth is, we will not return nor do we recommend it!

First. Cockroaches in the room. It is not a plan for couples or to relax, many children, a lot of noise, in the massage room you can hear the noise of screaming children in the heated pool. (I emphasize that the massages are very good). The bland food. The cloudy pool. I would not go back.
