3. Stay for three days, the first day is the order placed on Ctrip, the next day and the third day through Ctrip to renew the room, it shows that there is no room, the front desk on-site renewal is successful, but must pay at the original price of the room.
4. The front desk staff is insufficient during the holiday period and the division of job responsibilities is not clear. Reception of guests who eat banquets, reception of guests who check in on the spot, response to guests who check out on the spot, tired of coping, service quality is not high, customer service experience is poor. For example, I checked out and took the card to the front desk staff to leave my family, and there was zero communication throughout.
