老闆家的發財樹真的是高呀，走南闖北確實沒有見過這麼高的。有沒有研究植物的專家過來看看。上手摸一摸，希望今年有好財運。老闆家的民宿房間很大，衞生很乾凈。有自己的小院，可以曬衣服。老闆家也有電動車可以出租，很方便，服務周到。

老闆家發財樹真的高，葉子真的很綠油油。民宿性價比高，寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨。需要什麼，直接跟阿姨説，阿姨都會搞定，萬能的阿姨，還帶我去補鞋！

房東人很好，免費提供平潭旅行攻略，藍眼淚位置都會分享。感謝。阿姨衞生做的很乾凈，房間超級大，果然是自建房，就是大，寬敞，明亮。民宿在縣城中心，去龍王頭電動車就幾分鐘到了，離平潭第一中學老校區特別近，順便去回鍋了一下高考的感覺。值得推薦，老闆熱情。

我住的是特色套房，一百多元居然有一個超級大廚房，大陽台，大衞生間。乾淨衞生，美中不足的就是衞生間在房間門口，是獨立衞生間。我是不介意的，性價比超級高。房東會免費發攻略，超級詳細。

是自己的民房做的民宿一共好幾層，有樓梯，房間非常大，老闆很和氣，我們住的是猴研島房
不太滿意的是：房間花灑那個固定的東西壞了，衹能舉着，吹風機不好用，洗髮水洗完頭髮打結
最影響心情的是旁邊的雞，兩點半就開始叫，三點多又叫，每次都是一羣雞此起彼伏的叫，一直叫很久，快給我整瘋了，雞每個小時都會叫，最後凌晨五點多才睡着，八點多又起床出去玩，一整天沒精神
滿意的是：空調很新暖風很足（福建有些住宿空調製熱等於沒有，所以這點誇下），浴室有浴霸
日常價格不知道多少，我們春節假期來的是360一晚，這個價格，感覺可以稍微提升下用品啥的😂

老闆人很好呀，訂房後就聯繫我們，給我們發攻略，發北線南線景點定位，然後我們就按老闆攻略去吃喝玩樂。。省心省事。。。然後摸一摸發財樹，撒有啦啦，下次再來玩。另外阿姨真的很好，親切熱情，特別喜歡阿姨在大院子晾被子，那叫一個壯觀。[呲牙][呲牙]。

民宿很棒，房間乾淨衞生明亮，設施都有。平潭的中午天氣很熱，老闆家的空調製冷效果太好了，冰冰涼涼，還得蓋被子，差點沒有把我凍感冒。。。。這大夏天感冒。。説出來丟人。
阿姨很熱情，晚上十一點半還出來接我們，幫我們引路。因為我們圖便宜，定個特價房，阿姨看我們兩個人，免費升級了大床房。推薦。

老闆人很有耐心，友善，我剛來平潭，啥也不知道，自己也沒有做功客，就一直問老闆，反正什麼都問老闆，老闆都會回答。另外老闆的媽媽，非常熱心，還帶我去買拖鞋，店裡一雙要12元，阿姨還幫我講價，10元賣我。。。。真的是很好的一家人。

強烈推薦大家住這個小別野。真的是滿意，非常滿意。我們兩個女孩子過來住，妥妥的安全感。獨棟，獨門，超大院子，各種花花草草。阿姨人很好，熱心。跟我們聊天，問我們需要什麼，我説阿姨照片怎麼不PS一下，這個小別野很有特色。阿姨説都是自己拍的，做老客户生意，都是租客介紹過來的，所以沒有太在意照片。特別是我們離開了一個帽子不要放在桌子上，阿姨説這個帽子好好的，要幫我們免費寄過來。盛情難卻，衹好給了地址，又寄過來。。。這真的一個值得紀念的帽子，紀念我在平潭的快樂，紀念遇到一個好民宿，好阿姨。
