The location of this place is excellent, however the complex is in need of refurbishment and upgrading. It is functional and the room was clean. The pools are VERY deep and not suitable for young children. The pool bar is great and serves food and drink all day. A little care and attention and a lick of paint and it would make a great difference.

This was an off the cuff holiday having had an Easyjet flight cancelled to Preveza on the Greek mainland, then Parga for my 69th birthday. However, we had already actually booked Piskopiano Village for June so my wife thought why not, we will see what it's like. Wow, what a great idea. We stayed in €2 a day apartment tax and the money for the 14 days was requested on arrival. Shown to the room which was just below the top pool level, no offer of assistance with cases 1down the stairs. The room I have to say is the most basic I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately the weather was so cold we had 2 single beds but slept in 1 to try to keep warm. The room was next to a overgrown field and one morning we woke up it had rained overnight..... about 80 - 100 snails on the balcony, side wall and canopy! and it happened more than once. So we decided to ask to see the de lux room we had booked for June. As someone commented previously, steps! Out of reception to the top pool, down about 60 plus steps the lower pool, walk around the pool and another 60+ steps to the car park area (also called the children's playground area). A walk around a path then up a flight of steps (again about 60) and that was the room. Imagine carrying suitcases! We are 69. The receptionist looked at at us and basically knew it wasn't for us. She offered us a premium room which was just 17 steps down from the top pool - no problem, no charge. However even the de lux accom. wasn't great, it did have a TV as did the premium. We were glad to get home. On a positive note we enjoyed the area as we have stayed in the Sunrise Apartments in Koutouloufari (100% better) so knew a few of the places although a lot were still closed. Sounds like a joke but between April and June I tripped over the dog on the stairs. Bashed my head, fractured my knee cap and knuckle - so June cancelled and all money back, a blessing in disguise.

When we arrived which was late there was nobody to meet us. Instructions did not help it was very dark eventually we found it down altogether 72 steps some with no hand rail. When we got up in the morning the apartment was filthy. Classed as self catering 1 ring 1 kettle no toaster photos will confirm.

We stayed here for 1 week in October 23. On arrival (around midnight) we found a note on the office door explaining where our room and key were and found the room easily. The room was adequate with clean bedding and towels. The stay was good, the room was attended to by cleaners daily, sheets & towels were changed once during the week. The whole place looks 'tired' and in need of some TLC, a little paint here and there would make a big difference. The main pool area was fine although the pool itself was not suitable for young children or poor swimmers as it is very deep with tiled steeply sloping floors. Maria who runs the pool bar daily was very friendly and helpful If you have a late flight home, keeping the room will cost you an additional 30 euros cash for the day (35 on credit card) The location is excellent with restaurants, bars and small supermarkets close by. On the whole a pleasant stay.

this is the first time we have been to this apartments so we did not know what to expect. if this helps any one who goes there to what to expect hear goes. the only big fault we found was the steps we asked for a top flight apartment and they gave us downstairs in the car park area and to get to it was down 38 steps which you had to use all the time to get to the pool area and top road .staff very polite especially maria .apartments usual greece some parts good some bad but clean .towels and bedding changed regulary food good at bar opened 10 oclock to 5 oclock .lots of lounges because september kids gone back .there are lots of restaurants on the top road to pick from we found ARIADNI the pizza mans food very good carnt miss him his dad thoughs pizza in the air all the time and mannos is so polite .if you want a banana split go on the beach front to samba restuant on the beach road it is so big

I will be very honest and fair when writing this review. There are negative and positive points for the hotel. But I really would like to be honest and let people know what they will expect at this hotel. Negatives We stayed in a studio as only 2 people. I should have looked at the hotel in more detail but I had visited the villages the year before and fell in love with the area. So i rushed into booking it . The studio was no. 19. Which was located right near reception. It was near the top pool , but given that the bedroom was on a low level, the curtain had to be closed all the time. It was very outdated. The kitchen area had a rusted 2 ring electric hob and sink. The studio was never swept or mopped in 2 weeks. The rack in the bathroom was rusty. Bed sheets only changed once when I asked! Clean towels once ! Had to buy toilet roll. People were being put in smaller apartments even though paid already. Very old sunbeds. Positives Maria and Nikos make the stay bearable. Maria does lovely food at the pool bar. 10 to 5. The other apartments did seem better from what I saw. But there would be no guarantee to get them! I asked to move to a different room but was asked for a further 80 euros a night. So refused. Pool is a good size and has a shallow bit. Reception only opens around 10am. Then closes for a few hours until early evening. A lot of English people stayed and was a relaxed day at the pool. But due to the negatives, I will not return. It needs a lot of money to update the studios, so dark and gloomy and dirty ! I don't like putting such a bad review on but wouldn't want anyone else booking a studio. They need to be used for storage not people. Every morning at 6am the cleaners would make a noise right near our bedroom not sure why do early as didn't do any cleaning! So glad to be out of the dirty room.

Lovely people but time to upgrade everything and get organised!!!!! Self catering but only 2 plate cooker top. No cleaning material, no cloths, oh and no toilet paper!!!!! In the two weeks we were here, the cleaners changed the bed 4 times and did nothing else. Furniture is dated, dirty and some broken. 3 times we had to complain about broken toilet. Even the maintenance guy said he sas sick of repairing old and broken things - they need to spend money and get it up to scratch. Bad lighting is also a problem on steep stairs. TV in the room but it siang work - no connection to any channels. WiFi does not work in many rooms - we were able to get a weak signal in one corner of the bedroom. Frustrating when this is advertised as something offered. When the cleaners were coming out of rooms which were vacated, they had carrier bags of items which previous tenants obviously left. I would have been grateful for salt, washing liquid, etc. (which we had to buy and left in the room) but instead the cleaners remove everything.

Great Holiday at Piskopiano Village Had 2 weeks here recently, rooms are quite basic, but was fine for us and it is Greece after all. There were two excellent pools to choose from and a great Pool Bar run by Maria and Nickos. This very hard working couple were fantastic the whole holiday, the Pool Bar served excellent breakfasts and snacks, and both Maria and Nickos were very friendly and really looked after you,, will definitelt return one day in the future, many thanks & Yamas 🍺🇬🇷

When we arrived late in the night after a long and tiring flight we were given an underwhelming room. Me and my partner felt like for the price we paid for our holiday it was not worth it and felt like it was similar to a hostel. There was cobwebs in the corner, dust under the bed, drain flies everywhere even one dead on the bed. One of the bed sheets had small black specks which looked like mold on it. We were on the ground floor so people could see in if we didn't have the curtains closed. We had to sleep at the foot of the bed not by the headboard as the window right above the bed had a big gap from the curtains at the bottom and people could see in from the bottom to look at you sleeping. Creepy! The biggest problem was the cleaners they are very rude and stroppy and would enter when you were sleeping in the room. They did not come on Sundays for us which I thought fair enough it's a rest day but then saw they would do deluxe apartments on that day so we were left with over flowing bins and dirty towels. We complained about not having towels and they were moaning saying they gave fresh towels 3 days ago but we only had one towel to share between 2 people. I asked about when the apartment gets cleaned and she snapped at me saying it's not her job to clean the apartment it's mine. When we complained again about the bins they came storming in to the room to empty it and complained to me they're very busy and got a lot of work to do. So what are they paid to do? There is also a letter on the door saying to give maids a tip. No way am I tipping for this horrendous service! Here's a tip for them be more welcoming and friendly to paying customers. Finally this place is not friendly for people with disabilities there is too many stairs and it was tiring to walk.
