I think the location it's the only plus for this hotel. The breakfast it's poor, with low quality products. If you come late, all the "warm" options are cold. Wifi it's not working. Parking it's not free. Cleaning was probably made in a hurry. Toilet paper? You should bring it from home.

Поехали в середине января. Снега не было и в отеле не работал интернет. Сначала расстроились. Но отель чистый, кровати удобные, уборка каждый день, персонал доброжелательный. В нашу путёвку входило 3-х разовое питание. Шведский стол. Кормили очень вкусно по-домашнему. В путёвку входило пользование сауной, бассейном и джакузи. Что мы и делали с удовольствием. Рядом с отелем прекрасный парк с ручными птичками и белками. На телескауне поднимались на самый верх горы, где можно было покататься на лошадях, выпить глинтвейн и полюбоваться прекрасными видами.

Не поселяйтесь в этот отель. Обслуживание отвратительное. В отеле шумно. В номерах пьянки. Обращения на ресепшен не дают результата. Только угрозы вызвать полицию приводят к тому, что охрана может пойти в номер. Но, и это к результату не приводит. Отель не для отдыха. Отель для пьющих и шумных людей. На ресепешене постоянно врут. Врут, что не знают английский, врут, что не понимают и ничем помочь не могут. Хотите хорошо провести время? Обходите десятой дорогой этот отель!!!
