All I can say is what an amazing setting and experience we had here . From the moment we walked in the staff couldn’t do enough for us . Me and my partner had a 30 minute steam room and use of the in side pool before are full body massage . The only one thing I would say is the inside pool is cold but refreshing.

I would recommend this hotel and the surroundings the bar and waiting staff are excellent. The activities ladies are superb Wilma and her team. The reception and cleaning team are amazing. The food not so good as it is not at the required temperature however snack bar is cooked to order so meet required temperature. The staff make this hotel but not sure how I feel about head of tui blue entertainment manager I felt quite intimidated and almost bullied when my husband took ill as I only wanted to cancell a trip we booked just the day before and was told we required a doctors note for a refund. I can accept these policies but I felt in certain cases common sense should prevale. Had a doctor and still sorting situation as we due to fly Tuesday. I event tried to give my trip away as a refund was the last thing on my mind but we were told and almost forced to see a doctor. We have and now waiting for another visit from the doctor tomorrow. So ensure you read the terms and conditions of any excursions because there are no exceptions for anyone.

I have been extremely stressed with work, this facial was just what i needed. my skin feels so so good!!! Thank you Marianna for this experience. I am booked in for a massage in a couple of days and really looking forward to it. What a treat! Thank you to all the staff xx

Our 2nd holiday at this lovely hotel. It would be impossible not to fall in love with the setting- it's beautiful and ever so relaxing. It was nice to lots of staff still there from last year. All the staff work incredibly hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food is lovely and there's a great choice that would suit almost every palette. Again the drinks are great, you might have to wait a bit sometimes, but, you're sat down as its waiter service- but what's the rush? You're on holiday! Yes the rooms are small, but you could pay extra to have one of the bigger ones, but, I don't go on holiday to stay in my room! They are kept spotless, with fresh towels and the fridge is restocked daily. If I didn't already have plans for next year, I would have no hesitation in booking for a third year in a row.

Check in was excellent, we arrived at 21:45 and offered food in the restaurant. Our room which we had paid extra for a sea view was room 308 near reception. Unfortunately the view was mainly of the culinarium, I did query it with reception and was told it was a sea view. The staff are all amazing working so hard to make sure we have a great holiday, our favourite was Yvonne in the restaurant, simply lovely. Hotel was clean and tidy as was our room thanks to the cleaner. The room itself was adequate, tired and presumably quite old. The shower leaked around the toilet but not really a problem( reported as it may be a future problem). The culinarium was amazing again service 1st class. We had a few days out to Zante town on the street train which was good fun and quite good value. All in all a nice holiday, would say though it is more 3 star but remember it is Greece, don’t forget the extra tax at 10 euros a night.

Amazing message l went to sleep during the treatment the pressure was good .l arrived with a pulled side now no pain after 2 weeks . All positive Nancy was amazing I would recommend this treatment to anyone l fell like a new woman now for another sleep in the sun it's made my holiday.

Just coming to an end of a weeks stay. The staff are all amazing and work non stop. We only used the buffet restaurant because the food was so good with plenty of options even fussy eaters. Drinks are mainly table service but you can just walk up to the bar and order some drinks. The dying the snack bar was really good during the day and again you can just walk up to the bar for a drink. The manager was always walking around and often stopping for a chat which was a nice change. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again because it’s the staff that make it such a good place. The rooms are basic but everything you need after all you don’t go on holiday to stay in your room. Thanks again and hope to come back soon

Daniel was Great would highly recommend would say for anyone to come here to use the spa . Facilities perfect the setting was good too. Have had leg pain for ages but felt good after this is now second time we have come in out short stay which has been perfect

The best hotel we have been so far! The first time staying at tui blue caravel and the hotel staff are 5* service! Every night had a theme in the restaurant food and service 10/10. Entertainment was good and relaxing vibe. Great location. Swim up private pool was amazing and hotel has its own beach which is also great. The snack bar for lunch has a menu with nice food in all the restaurants in the hotel also. Garla night is great we had photos taken and as it was our honeymoon we can treasure the photo forever :) fireworks was also a great show. After just visiting another tui blue hotel in another country that was disappointing, You can see the staff have been trained well and work hard at this hotel and would love to come back one day! The tui reps was also professional and good service
