We got the apartment on the ground floor closest to the reception, it was very noisy and the apartment was old and falling apart, you could hear the noise from the reception and whenever anyone flushed their toilet the sewage ran right next to our headboard... Kitchen was very bare, not even a frying pan. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly and the flush kept on leaking (bathroom had a permanent sewage smell). The bedsheets had holes and one of the covers had a very big old stain. The only positive note was that the staff was very nice and easy to deal with.

Nice stay , was only used as a base so only slept here didn’t use any facilities. Loud in evening when people came home. Also stupid t&c’s which I never knew about gotta take your bin bag out the front door with you lol (apparently you signed something which we never did)

Not ideal for families as there are a lot of young people staying there to party. The pool for children was closed during our entire stay and the daily cleaning was cleaning every 3rd day… not impressed!

Very good welcome and support / communication during the stay, pleasant and approachable staff despite the language barrier.
Hotel located near the beach and a bus stop that goes to the center of Palma.
Photos consistent with the hotel.
On the other hand, there was no soundproofing (we could hear the neighbors' TV and the descent of waste water into the pipes) and sewage smells from the bathroom.

The apartment was very large and there was a lot of space. Even Netflix was available. The lady at the front desk with a Dutch accent was extremely friendly and helpful. When checking out, we asked for a taxi at the reception, which arrived at the accommodation after 4 minutes.
We will be back definitely!

Spacious room with practical separate kitchen, large terrace, open view (small sea view), good location. On the other hand, there is a big soundproofing problem: it's as if we were sharing our room with the 2 d's next door...and the hotel being very popular with groups of young people who come to party, the nights were horrible (noise of furniture, laughter, songs, conversations that resonate at all hours of the night). Conclusion: good for partygoers (who can sober up by the pool) but not for families.
