not so charming hotel - 2 Star
I booked three Superior rooms for a two-night stay for my family in mid-July. The hotel website advertised a pool and beach access, an important factor in our selection. In fact, while the hotel has a lovely garden and friendly staff,
it does not have an actual pool – only a spa that can be booked for a fee. Guests who book through ******* are furthermore excluded from access to the beach unless they pay extra because, we were told, that is only for the hotel’s guests which we apparently were not (we were invited to take it up with *******).
The supposedly superior rooms (at 230 EUR/night) were standard at best and substandard in some cases (one of the bathrooms was so small that the open door grazed the sink; one of the TVs was a small computer screen) and the air conditioning was not working properly – a particular problem since we had a three-month-old baby with us. We spent the best part of the day chasing after the staff to get the air con up, with repeated assurances that it had been fixed while it had not. The next day my husband and I we were moved to another room while the others exchanged rooms among themselves so that the baby could stay in the relatively better conditioned room. Despite pleasant surroundings, facilities and services are not 4 star, and we felt grossly overcharged. will not return and do not recommend.

Amazing place to stay on a calm village, nice views and gentile people. The hotel is beautiful, they have rooms to attend some work meetings, and the garden is perfect to do afterwork. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner were tasty! Thanks for these good days!

Beautiful hotel and location. Few minutes from the beach. The garden is amazing and the food is cost effective and delicious. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly -- always a pleasure. See you next year!

Dopo aver scoperto questo posto incantevole, ogni anno non manchiamo, anche se abbiamo pochi giorni disponibili, di prenotare. La struttura è molto bella, ottimi i servizi, personale molto professionale e gentile. In quest'ultima visita però la sensazione è stata che qualcosa sta cambiando, questa attenzione al cliente che li distingueva, ora si percepisce meno. Arriviamo venerdì alle 21 passate, facciamo il check-in e la ragazza della reception, molto gentile, ci accompagna in stanza. Il condizionatore d'aria era acceso e perdeva molta acqua. Prontamente ci hanno cambiato di stanza. Ci hanno assegnato negli anni, sempre camere con vista giardino, ci siamo trovati invece a dormire con l'affaccio dietro, sopra ai locali della cucina. Stanza torrida, con climatizzatore senza posizione notturna o solo deumidificatore. Alla richiesta di cambiare la stanza, ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Il cristallo della doccia non scorreva bene., abbiamo poi fatto notare che una lampada dello specchio era fulminata, ma non è stata sostituita. Torneremo comunque in visita, facendo attenzione al momento della prenotazione, di verificare la posizione della stanza assegnata.

Incantevole location direttamente sul lago, sempre ventilato e fresco sopratutto sui lettini del pontile privato. La struttura Total white con forte contrasto con i colori della natura regala sensazioni di vacanze lontane. Camere curate anche se un po datate.. Ma a piccole negatività si contrappone un servizio adeguato alla struttura sobriamente elegante. Colazione buona e discreta che servita nel parco la rende perfetta. Navetta privata x il lido a disposizione su Chiamata. Una chicca.

L’hotel ricorda una grande Villa primi 900, e’ situata in una zona tranquilla di Sabaudia, con un meraviglioso giardino affacciato sul lago ( voto 9 alla location) Parti comuni eleganti, arredamento shabby chic. Reception molto cortese al nostro arrivo ( voto 8). Un solo ascensore un po’ lento. Camera piccolina (voto 6.5) ma molto tranquilla, climatizzata e con affaccio sul giardino. Nonostante un evento serale, non abbiamo avvertito rumori molesti. Letto comodo ma un po’ piccolino. Bagno datato ( voto 5) con Vasca , fortemente consigliato un ammodernamento. Non ci sono accappatoi o ciabattine. E’ possibile far colazione nel bellissimo giardino , ingredienti di qualità per una colazione sia salata che dolce di buon livello (voto 8). Per occupare le giornate si può andare al mare, le spiagge distano circa 1 km dall’hotel. Disponibile una spiaggia convenzionata (50€ per 2 lettini e un ombrellone, inclusa la navetta ), a mio parere troppo cara per la qualità dello stabilimento che è molto spartano (voto 5.5). E’ disponibile un servizio bar per piatti freddi. Spiaggia di sabbia fine, acqua pulita, mare dolcemente digratante. Una notte in camera standard a luglio, inclusa di prima colazione 300€, a cui bisogna aggiungere necessariamente la spiaggia per 2 mezze giornate (100€), per un totale (a mio parere alto) di 400€ Rapporto qualità prezzo complessivo voto 5.5
