As a repeat guest, I've noticed a decline in quality during my recent stay. The room now only accommodates two people. Cleanliness has become inconsistent, and the aging air conditioning system is noisy. Despite these issues, the hotel's layout, comfortable bed, views, and lighting remain positive aspects. Overall, I hope to see improvements to restore the hotel to its former standards.

The room abit jaded.. in need of replacement. Some floor ongoing renovation, hopefully they can revamp the place.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and despite some negative reviews in the comment section, I had a fantastic experience. The staff members were exceptionally good to both me and my wife. We were particularly impressed with the well-maintained bathtub in our room, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently located near the train station and a mall. The overall service, coupled with the excellent amenities like the bathtub, make it an outstanding choice for a comfortable stay.

Honest review here - first of all the service of the workers is good and helpful so i rate 5 starts for their service but really had to say the hotel is quite old and the sofa is not really clean , can see many dusk inside the rotan sofa. Beside the shower room is not really clean as the shower head have obvious black stain which we not sure what was this as a four star hotel the amenities they provided have comb however I saw hair in the new comb plastic so I didn’t use it. Cleanliness and environment should be improve but had to thumbs up to the worker there really helpful and nice. And extra , breakfast is not bad as well.

The third floor, which hotel reception said is renovated. On overall first sight is on par of normal standard. The Pros : 1) There is eateries or pub behind the hotel , which is walking distance away. 2) The room is spacious . 3) The view is ok even at the 3rd storey. The Cons : 1) Need to work hard on the floor as I can see the insect climbing on the floor along the walk way. 2) Advise to add the cover on the breakfast buffet , especially salad bar, as I can see fly hovering around. 3) To supply the disposable shave/cream. 4) The lobby reception should be located at the ground level and not at the mezzanine level. The escalator from another entrance didn't function during my arrival at around 8~9pm. The lift button didn't have a clear description of the reception level, the first time visitor may have hard time finding the lobby level and the level for breakfast. 5) Adding lighting in the room ceiling as I find out the bedroom do not have ceiling light. Overall it is a nice experience considering the good rate and charges. The breakfast overall is good and delicious.

Room ok.. But in term of cleanness.. Especially on toilet I would rate 2-3star.. Pro: -New hotel -Plenty of choice of breakfast, idk either due to school holidays or new year eve.. But during my visit the breakfast is absolutely plenty of choice..seriously bnyk sgt choice.. Nasi lemak, roti canai, nasi ayam, mee goreng, roti jala,telur stuff, salad, dimsum, pau.. Many more to list out.. but the taste is ok only.. Nothing special on taste -pool is nice for kid.. Kid will really enjoy to play here -side by side with mall.. Easy access on mall is plus point.. On mall lift.. Kenny, subway, roti boy n lot more is just beside hotel lift Cons: -Cleanness need to to improve especially on toilet.. grossed for new builded hotel. -check in 50min que due to school holiday - check out prob is on lift.. Only 4 lift available.. Super pack -remote area far from town -cramp on check in n check out.. Myb weekday no prob

We went with a group of 35 people with prior arrangements made through their Manager Angie who was very very helpful and accomodating. Everything was swift and ready on check in at 12 midnight. the keys were ready with the air con remote control and rooms were all ready. truly impressed. their property is very ideal and super cosy. we love the motel type of accomodation and clean rooms. will surely come back again to stay here. thank you Angie and team for an excellent stay.

The service was so good. The check-in was so easy and quicked. The room also so nice and big. We got the nice view also.

Big room. Nice view. TV no signal. Call for technician but never come. Bathroom using frosted glass, not suitable for family. Not include prayer mat. Breakfast, no pastry.

How was the service? the service tip top! thanks to Mr Rafizan, the manager at customer services. Great view, good room. but the only thing is the toilet is too slippery, not safe for kids, pregnant mommies & senior citizen (as I bring my little kids). Even adult like us also many time almost fall down. What about the facilities? the facilities is good. the kids club got no aircond, only fan. quite congested. Did you enjoy the food? dinner buffet is good and have many choices. But my family had a bad experience on the breakfast. the egg for nasi lemak was spoiled and the roti canai tasted was weird with bitter taste.
