This hotel was very clean and laid back. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Concierge Michael gave us some great ideas and set us up with a fantastic dinner reservation one evening. The room was well appointed and of good size. The heated floors were appreciated by my wife. We had a view of the castle area which helped! Drinks in the refractory were nice and the mood was really laid back and relaxing. My only negative that kept me from 5 stars is the breakfast. It is overpriced. Shame on me for not asking when it was added to my room charge at check in. The food at breakfast was average and it was near $70US per person. I have done $30-40 for nice breakfast at nice hotels. While still high, I get it. But this was more than should be expected and it really wasn’t anything better than average. Otherwise, the stay was superb. Great location for all we wanted to do.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

This is the best service hotel in 6 hotels. The welcome drink will not be dealt with casually. The lobby manager is very enthusiastic and introduces the hotel's small courtyard to be extraordinarily warm and refined. The hotel is located in a small town, quiet in the middle of nowhere, often encounters a cute little restaurant around the corner, and walks 5 minutes to the Charles Bridge. The restaurant waiter is warm and professional, and can clearly remember the tea that the guest prefers. The only feeling is that the service is in place.

I looked at the picture of the deluxe double at this hotel and thought this would be a lovely place to stay with a view to match. Sometimes the hotel photos does not always match reality. This is not the case. We walked into the room and went wow! The room was exactly as pictured and the view from our room was stunning! Sunsets over the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, who could ask for more? In addition, the concierges were extremely helpful. They provided detailed information on how to take transit and where, also optional sites to visit. The breakfasts were excellent and even had optional hot items to choose from. Loved our stay there!!!!

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Mr. Martin. It all started when I decided to order room service, expecting to enjoy a late dinner in the comfort of my room. According to the menu provided in my room, room service was available until 10 PM. I called the hotel's room service line at 9:40 PM, well within the time frame specified on the menu. To my surprise and frustration, Mr. Martin informed me that the kitchen was closed and that he couldn't accommodate my request. I expressed my disappointment and confusion, explaining that I had called within the stated hours. Mr. Martin's response was dismissive and unsympathetic. He didn't provide any reasonable explanation for the early closure of the kitchen, nor did he offer any alternative options or suggestions to alleviate the situation. As a customer, I believe it is essential for hotel staff, including Mr. Martin, to prioritize guest satisfaction and strive to resolve issues in a respectful and efficient manner. Unfortunately, my encounter with him fell far short of these expectations. I hope that the hotel management takes note of this incident and addresses the need for better communication and customer service training for their staff. We stayed at U pava and it was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was of a reasonable size and there was a Japanese-required bathtub, so I was satisfied. Consideration is necessary when using a shower because the shower curtain is not installed due to design restrictions. I want a sofa instead of a chair in the front room of the suite. Very good location, close to Charles Bridge and close to the castle. There was a currency exchange service at the front desk, but a fee was charged and the rate was not good either. It is safer not to use it because there are money changers all over the city. The ease of picking up luggage during sightseeing is the best.

The hotel is next to the Charles Bridge. The apartment is a 3-minute walk. We will take the keys to the hotel first, then let the driver drive to the apartment. The driver will not do it because it is a one-way street. It takes more than 2 kilometers to detour. During the peak period, the driver said that it would take 20 minutes. After that, we said that we paid extra. The driver agreed. It took 15 minutes to get there. So if there are other students who book this apartment, it is recommended to go directly to the apartment and let the person go to the front desk. Take the key. The location is very good, next to the Lennon Wall and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, very quiet, in stark contrast to the crowds of the old town, I am glad that I have not booked the old town. I booked a family room with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. The description reads that I can see the Prague Castle. The actual room is the 1st floor room (actually the 2nd floor). I can see that I have been blocked by other buildings. I can’t see the landscape. . There is an elevator, but the design is unreasonable. The elevator can only go to the mezzanine of each floor, so if you walk down the half-story stairs with a big box, you have to walk up the half-story stairs. However, the room size is very large, the living room is very comfortable, and the heating is sufficient, so that our group of people who have unfortunately encountered the coldest May in Europe feel very warm. The kitchen facilities are very new, very complete, with washing machine and dryer, but not useful. The only bad thing is that the bathroom design is unreasonable. There is only one small bathroom (there is a dock and a washstand) in the whole room. 1 bath room (one bathtub, one washstand, one shower room, there is no toilet), so 4 people actually live. Inconvenient, the toilet should be lined up, and the bathing should be lined up. This time, several apartments in the Austrian Czech tour are like this. Normally, if the extra bathroom is marked, it is usually equipped with bathing equipment, or at least in the apartment. 2 piers, only Austria, the Czech Republic encountered an extra bathroom or no toilet, or no bathing equipment. A lovely traditional hotel in a great location. The hotel is right at the end of the Charles bridge so it’s really easy to get to all of the main sights around the city. We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was considering it’s location. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly appreciated the free tea and coffee that was available all day. The room was spacious, and toiletries and a hairdryer were available. Would recommend.

This is my personal experience in the hotel. Myself my wife and 2 friends stayed here for 4 nights. First off, it's not wheelchair friendly. The hotel itself is on the second floor of the building, our rooms were either side of the reception area. This was noisy at times but not too much. There are no lifts on the premises, everything is accessible by stairs only. Rooms are a great size, although the furniture, at least in our room, could be updated. There is a mini bar, drinks and snacks in the room, all of which must be paid for. Being a holiday destination city they have city tax, about €4 a night per person. What we did not realise was that you must pay a deposit for your stay, around €110 , this is given back to you after you leave if you haven't had anything in the room to eat or drink and no damage is caused. It can take up to 30 days to receive the refund however ours arrived the following day. No issues with food ,personally. Drinks are on average the same as in Ireland but the local beers are cheaper. The hotel website needs Updating as some features are gone ie , the nightclub is not all its cracked up to be. There is noise outside at night, some nights more than others. The location is perfect for site seeing, Charles Bridge is just across the road. If we are back in Prague in the future I'd definitely stay there again. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
