The room was quite and peacefull. The breakfast was great every morning with a few things changing each day. The staff was very nice and friendly aswell. Most of all, the location was just perfect with public transport just outside. Overall, great value for money! The pillows however were not the best.. a little uncomfy! And the breakfast room was on -2 level.. It might have been better if there was some natural sunlight.

The hotel is very nice and in a very good location. the room was very good, everything was satisfactory, only the towels were not changed.

Spent 4 nights. The room was ok and no compaints about that, very basic room that was fine. The hotel elevator had some major problems during our stay. Some days it was not working at all, it was slow and it even trapped us inside on 21/4/2024 morning for one hour until the service guy let us out! This resulted us in missing our breakfast that morning and the hotel did not seem to care for us or compensate any of it after we got out of the elevator and when we checked out that same morning. Also our hotel room door's (304) card reader had some problems recognizing the card and sometimes it needed multiple tries to get the door open. The hotel room's windows were a bit leaky and that resulted in some cold air getting in during the night.

Hotel was located near tram stop and easy walking distance of old town ! Reception staff informative and welcoming. Good choices at breakfast ! Bedroom spacious and well equipped with drinking facilities. Including fridge.

The hotel is very good with an excellent location. The room was super nice and cozy. The beds were very conformable and the facilities and neighborhood are super quiet. The breakfasts was very good with a lot of different options.

The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood and quite close to the city center and the entire tourist area, good breakfasts and the room is very clean! If you come to visit the city of Prague, do not hesitate to stay in this hotel, 100% recommended.

The hotel e is in a great location nearby the old town and mala Strana center. You an go everywhere on foot and there is also a tram station a minute away. Traveling from and to the airport was easy. The breakfast was rich and the room spacious and clean.
