I stayed at Hotel Igea in July 2022 and found it very difficult to find any fault. My room wasn't anything superior, just a normal room, but found it more than spacious, the bathroom was also very spacious. The curtains were very thick to ensure darkness when the sun comes up, large HD TV, mini-fridge which was very welcome in the climate and bed was comfy. The only negative sides about the hotel room was one or two areas of dust in high places which had clearly been continually missed and no bedside power sockets for charging devices. Staff were very friendly and professional, were more than happy to hold my luggage after checking out and the hotel restaurant is also an excellent standard with large, good quality portions. Very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a good value for money. If I return to Brescia, I would definitely stay here again.

Very poor experience starting with the 2 bedrooms booked together for expressively explained for family of 5 - and in 2 diff floors!! For 3 nights without any solution offered - Hôtel was not clean as a 4 star should be ! Check the fitness room for proof ! And finally only set of 1 person towels (although 3 weee booked) in the room . Breakfast staff GREAT ! Food pretty standard and hot food poor in quality! Scrambled eggs were socky like microwave cooked .... No questioning from the staff on our stay , how it was etc ... when leaving . Very poor experience-

I had a room with a dream view of the doom. The room and the bathroom I found relatively old. The air conditioning had not even much performance against the heat. The whole building worked inside like a time machine in the 1930s. But: All staff at the hotel were really very friendly and helpful. That was great class.

My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. And that is why, unlike many guests who generally sit on the grounds of the term care, we used the Hotel as a wonderful support base, to turn in the radius of more than 100 km, wonderful naturalist and landscaped places. But we come to the description of the hotel that we thought ordered very clean and furnished with the right sobriety in the details. The discreetly large room has all the comforts and everything works and ordered. The hotel has many beautiful places to stay and relax, from the Hall, to open-air lounges in the garden with fontanella, a comfortable tivu room and a great gym, pool and more. The beautiful room is the tables equipped with elegant and professionalism as well as the service and availability of staff and gentle owners. A wonderful experience! Beautiful, elegant hotel, impeccably clean beautiful room (Quadruple, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids), breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and finally a REAL cappuccino for breakfast, none of that UHT horrible milk!! The Spa was just perfect!! I only gave 4/5 because unfortunately we didn't get to eat in the restaurant but I am sure the food is wonderful! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Only 30mins from Bergamo airport but yet you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with such peaceful surroundings!! Well worth it, we will be back!!
