Beautiful place. Everyone was very nice. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

Not impressed at all. Although the hotel was practically empty, all of the guests were in rooms next to each other, and it was NOISY! The mattress was so old and uncomfortable. It was sunken in the middle, super thin, and the springs were poking me all night. TV didn't work. Lamp didn't work. No tissues. Reeked of chlorine. Breakfast was sad. It was probably a great hotel in the past (they have plaques in the lobby saying they won awards many years ago) but it's like they stopped trying.

Calls itself a resort....it is not. Check into the room and there is no water. Finally fixed, but they never fixed the ant infestation in the bathroom. Our first night there was a wedding at the hotel. At 2 in the morning it sounded like the DJ was standing on our deck, the music was so loud. The following morning the manager says he "asked them" to turn down the volume and play soft music but they would not. He's the manager. Unplug the damn DJ equipment. Another wedding the next night with fireworks at 11 pm, but at least it was over after the fireworks. Service was awful, and it is pretty bad when you are dining in their dining room and they have to steal salt and pepper shakers off the tables because they do no have enough for the restaurant. We traveled all over southern Italy and this was the WORST hotel of our trip

Large and beautiful hotel, lovely location, helpful staff, excellent services and cleanliness. Perhaps the wicker lounges in the imposing hall (not inherent in the context and quite uncomfortable), and the volume of the microphone of the night entertainers, which prevented us from having a peaceful sleep, should be reviewed.

Aging hotel with a gloomy atmosphere. Heady home fragrance. Clean rooms and decent breakfast but for a 5* we expect much better. The queen bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Please note that identity documents are not returned immediately after check-in, which meant that we had to turn around after our departure.

Location semplicemente fantastica che rievoca lo stile del Titanic. Ideale per qualsiasi tipo di cerimonia si voglia festeggiare. A parte la bellezza della struttura,il cibo è davvero il punto forte. Gentilezza,cortesia e professionalità sono pronti ad accogliervi. Un particolare elogio al direttore Fernando che coordina uno staff a dir poco perfetto.
