Hotel is questionable when you first pull up because entrance is off a dirt/gravel parking lot. However, once inside you will be pleasantly surprised! The hotel is rather spread out among dense greenery. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but shower was extremely small. Don't drop the soap :)! Breakfast was varied and pretty typical these days. Lunch and dinner were excellent and much better than across the road at the other hotel. Staff was exceedingly helpful and very, very pleasant! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it for the price. Go Victor, you were a delight!

PLEASE dont stay here. It is maybe 1-star or 1.5 stars. It is DIRTY, OLD, UGLY, SMELLY and we had to stay here because we arrived at 1am otherwise I would have left immediately. Here's a list of things that were not acceptable: -Carpets were stained, dirty, not vaccumed.... really disgusting. I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. -Shower was missing a door and the shower head sprayed all the way to the sink on the other side.... - Room smelled moldy -Shower body wash dispenser was RIPPED OFF - Caulking on the tub was nasty - Doors and cabinet edges were peeling and falling apart - Towels were very thin -Bad quality Pillows -Staff was ok and let us cancel night #2 Below is my review in Spanish so everyone can get this message... ----- Para los que hablan espanol... Porfavor NO te quedes aqui... Este hotel esta enganandote en las fotos.... Tuvimos una experiencia horrible. De 2 noches reservadas, cancelamos la segunda y nos fuimos a Mercure. Llegamos a la 1am del aeropuerto y solo por eso nos quedamos aqui una noche despues de pedir cambio de cuarto. Esto estuvo mal en los 3 cuartos que vimos: Las alfombras muy manchadas. Huele a viejo La ducha no tenia puerta y se salia el agua Las toallas son de muy baja calidad Todo muy viejito Las almohadas con bolas todas deshechas El desayuno muy malo... basicamente pan y fruta La recepcion y el servicio bien pero pues... el espacio horrible. No vimos el resto del hotel... me dio asco estar aqui una noche, no nos quitamos los zapatos mi novio y yo por lo feo que estaba la alfombra. :(

The hotel is a very nice room for the hotel and is very nice and very nice. Super clean air in all rooms and LED TV . Sauna clean towels elements of toilet . Has a lot of green space a lot of vegetation. It is well located in the meters of the route . Super breakfast varied before 7 was served super complete . No ticket but it serves for winter or low season or for short trip

This hotel was booked for us by Planet Cruise as part of a whole S American Package. It was represented as a FIVE star hotel, and that it certainly isn't. We were somewhat down hearted when we arrived, the welcome was fine as was the Foyer, but the whole place looked as if it needed a coat of paint and a good clean. No help with the bags was offered. Our double room on the first floor (second in US terms) was large, but rather dingy and the carpet definitely needed a good shampoo. It seemed a bit isolated so we went for the Supper in the restaurant, which was best got from the extensive buffet, with good choices and as much as you could eat, and we ordered a bottle of wine, which we consumed over the next days - it appears that selling a GLASS of wine is not normal. Over the next two days this hotel grew on us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Five Stars it ain't by any measure, maybe 3 or 4, but the swimming poor and outside is delightful, the staff really willing and smiling, and the beds were comfortable. Over the next days

The facilities and furniture were built with top quality materials and are in perfect condition. The cleaning is spotless both in the rooms and in the common spaces and swimming pool. The attention is remarkable good and punctual. The park landscaping is beautiful. It is located near some interesting touristic attractions and halfway between Iguazu Park and the center of Puerto Iguazu. Las instalaciones y mobiliario fueron construidos con materiales de primera calidad y estan perfectas condiciones. La limpieza es excelente tanto de las habitaciones como de los espacios comunes y piscina. La atencion es impecable y puntual. Ademas posee un extenso parque cuyo paisajismo es precioso. Queda ubicado cerca de algunas interesantes atracciones turisticas y a mitad de camino de el parque Iguazu y el centro de Puerto Iguazu.
