Apartamentos Florida Gran Canaria Adults Only

Early check out time and no facilities whatsoever so if flight is later prepare for a long day. No reception but spoke to cleaner who said we could leave our cases until nearer our flight time. At 14:20 I got a call about our luggage and was told to collect it in 10 minutes. We did this and I asked could I use a toilet and the answer was a sharp no! Basically we were pushed out the gate - I was astounded. Although this is a well positioned the nightlife is close by and there is noise. The apar**ent is basic but okay - we are fairly easily pleased and the cleaner is lovely. The whole experience was marred by our final day. From 09:50 to past midnight I have never been happier to get home to a cold Belfast! There is better accommodation In Puerto Rico - would I stay here again - not a chance.

The apar**ents are in fab location but are very dated. Beds are hard, pillows are lumpy, towels are threadbare, and there's no hairdryer. The extractor fan over the cooker opens into the apar**ent which circulates cooking smells. The new pool has a dangerous submerged handrail which extends into the swimming area and is invisible when you're swimming. There are slippery tiles in the pool, and a dangerously hot access gate which can cause burns if you touch the top. Check out time has been changed from 11am to 10am and there is nowhere to shower and no bathroom to use if you have a late flight. Overpriced for what you get and not worth the money.

Excellent location.Lovely apar**ents, clean, new pool and grounds are very well kept. Apar**ents have everything you need with aircon in bedroom.Bed comfortable but pillows too hard for me. David friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time i have stayed in apartamentos florida ,The guy at the front desk was very pleasent even waited until quite late for us as our flight was delayed, it is the perfect location with the shops bars and restaurants just across the road . it is a very quite place , adults only , the pool is great and the gardens around the apar**ents is well kept clean and tidy . the rooms are very clean and house keeping came in 3 times in the week with clean sheets and towels . The room had everything you need . if i go back to puerto rico this is where i would stay again /

Great place great location stayed here numerous times my opinion doesn’t change David looks after the place and can’t do enough for you the cleaners are amazing the only down side was the furniture could be updated marks everywhere probably where people av burnt the furniture with there hair straighteners didn’t effect me though even let me stay in my room for an extra hour in the morning before I got picked up

These apar**ents couldn’t be in a better place literally over the road from the shopping center with all the bars restaurants and tat shops you could ever want. The apar**ent itself was spotless and very tidy it has everything you want and need,if you want anything else like a hairdryer just ask David and free!! Just like the A/C…. The pool is lovely and clean and the grounds are very well maintained by David,my only complaint is that they definitely need to upgrade the sun beds,other than that it’s a fantastic little place that stay. 5⭐️

great apar**ents in an excellent location,free air con,plenty of sunbeds and no stairs to climb.david the manager is really friendly and keeps the gardens immaculate.supermarket,bars and restaurants just across the road.couldnt fault it.

We stayed at the florida apar**ent in May this year, have to say these are one of the best apar**ents we have stayed in. Apar**ent was spotless and had everything you would need. The grounds are so well maintained by David. The free aircon in the bedroom was a huge plus and also the free WiFi was really good. We were worried that it might be noisy at night because it's so close to the commercial centre, but they have recently upgraded their doors and windows so you couldn't hear a thing.David couldn't do enough for us, on our second last day we enquired about a late check out as our pick up time was 4pm and David said "no problem, we could have the apar**ent until 4pm for 20e" This was really good because we could have a rest and shower before pick up. The maid service was second to none and the staff member( didn't get her name) was lovely and so efficient leaving the apar**ent spotless and smelling lovely. Before we left we were able to book for next march ( again no problem for David). I would definitely recommend the Florida apar**ents

Stayed here a few times now and it gets better each time it never used to have air con or sound proofing it has now so it’s nice and cool and you can’t hear noise from the bars which are literally just across the road so bonus there and David who looks after you what can I say he can’t do enough for you has he works tirelessly keeping the gardens and pool spotless the cleaning lady was superb offered to clean my room nearly everyday but I was hardly in the room so it didn’t need cleaning that much but was still given fresh towels and bog rolls most days definitely will stay again
