My wife planed on staying to nights based on ratings. I’ll never do that again. Run down, no air conditioner in rooms, poor quality breakfast and management are more interest in money then dealing with customers. Worst of all we had a night staff member and a drunk guest enter our room at 2:00 am! DONT GO HERE!

El hotel superó todas nuestras expectativas. La ubicación es excelente; exploramos Puerto Varas y quedamos encantados. El desayuno, compuesto únicamente por productos locales de alta calidad, nos dejó completamente satisfechos. En resumen, ¡una experiencia perfecta con una calificación de 10/10

Buena alternativa para alojamiento en Puerto Varas, sobretodo si buscas estadía para salir a recorrer la ciudad. Agradables instalaciones , buen desayuno y variado. Amable personal. Habitación cómoda, limpia , colchón y almohadas muy buenas.

La habitacion pequeña pero muy aseada y bonita. La atencion del personal fue excelente. Muy dispuestos y amables. Quiero destacar el desayuno por ser muy bueno y completo. El unico aspecto mas debil es el estacionamiento que al ser demasiado pequeño hay que dejar las llaves para que puedan moverlo. Tuvimos una linda estadia.

Buena atención , pieza chica pero acogedora Excelente iluminación , colchón y almohadas confortables . Desayuno contundente .Ubicación cerca del centro caminando . No tiene restaurante pero puedes pedir y utilizar los comedores. No hay suficiente estacionamiento.

El hotel no llega al nivel que pretende vender, parece un hotel de carretera, servicio muy por debajo de lo esperado. Aforos por COVID no se cumplen y no se mide temperatura en ningún momento. Desayuno repetitivo, todos los días te sirven lo mismo. Habitación muy simple sin aire acondicionado. A esto hay que añadir que un día no nos dejaron toallas y el caballero de recepción de la noche decía que no podía solucionar el problema. Mínimo al precio que se paga se espera que el recepcionista de noche pueda resolver los problemas mínimos que pueden surgir en un hotel. Además, su ubicación no está tan cercana del centro, no cuenta con servicios de comida o tiendas cercanas.
