The breakfast was very crowded and it was such a busy hotel with a lot of functions

This is a clean, comfortable hotel, very close to the airport, that's ideal for people transiting through the city.

The rooms are clean and spacious. But the food at the eatery is not so good.

Hotel was good in terms.of cleanliness and food..just the staff was little confused and slow..overall a good hotel to stay in..

The hotel was excellent in all ways. The staff, security guards, front desk, dining room, drivers and cleaners were friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Cake mixing ceremony event was very excellent

At first I must tell all staff are very good interms of service , exceptionaly Executive Avijit was extremely Good at service and sugested us some live ordered and he took initiative to make special masala and ginger tea for us his smile and way of service is really appreciatable ,may God bless you Avijit

Training Executive me.Avijit chakraborty was exceptional service person who single handle handling the morning operation and he suggested us some live order and specially gud wali tea which was osom overall great experience with resturant the eatery except Avijit every one running like a head less chicken..great service Avijit

I recently had the pleasure of staying at four points hotel for 01 night and wanted to share my fantastic experience,the room was spotless and very comfortable,with all amenities & enjoyed,The staff was exceptional Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to house keeping team ,was friendly, helpful & I had wonderful stay , Especially thank to Mr.Suresh Night ready help each & everything.

Extremely disappointed with the non empathetic and rude behaviour of the Duty ***ager, Tanvi. I kept requesting to see my relative who was staying with them since he was not answering my phone calls. He did not even answer the calls from the reception yet she refused to send someone with the master key to check on him. Firstly, he is a high BP patient and secondly he had already informed the front desk staff about my arrival. I was made to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes and nobody even cared to pacify me while I was feeling anxious. I am a hotelier myself and understand the protocols but no protocol can be over and above anyone’s life. Those 45 minutes were the most terrifying minutes of my life. I wish ***** with protocols empathy was also taught to the staff. If you couldn’t let me in at least you could have stood next to me and that moment would have changed the entire experience. Probably I would have not shared this on tripadvisor had I been taken care of and not shooed away.

Marriott is always at the best, and my every visit to Pune is always made memorable with my stay in Four Points by Sheraton. Best serviced Apar**ent Hotel in Pune. The hospitality and services are at its best. The food is great! tasty and delicious.
