Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

The resort is beautiful and clean. My friend and I had an ocean view suite. The staff are friendly, food is good definitely book the speciality restaurants they are amazing.
The spa/salon is one of the best I’ve been to in the Dominican Republic all the staff there are fantastic and Desyi is amazing and truly a wonderful soul not only did she give me the best Dominican blow out ever (I have curly hair) she gave me tips on how to take care of my hair back home ( muchas gracias Desyi tu eras la mejor!!!)
The only issue we had with the resort was that to get seats at the pool you need to wake up at 7 am and the club entertainment could be better. Overall if you’re looking for a relaxing resort this is the place.

Very nice hotel, big with many things to do. Beautiful beach and nice pools. Loved our swim up room. A couple of things that would make the hotel better: The staff needs some training to better their customer service skills. We lost electricity a couple of times while we were dinning. The family bedrooms should not have a see through glass in the bathroom. There was a bad odor outside, like dirty water.

Good was not great for the price and not enough pool lounges. Despite their being a kid pool, lots of kids in the adult pool.

We stayed in the hotel for four nights. The Hotel is beautiful!
but every night during our stay at the hotel the electric power went out and for long period time. One night there was no electricity for five hours. We were very afraid.

My partner and I went to the Serenade to celebrate our four year anniversary and Valentine’s Day. We stayed for 10 days and had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly, my partner even made good friends with two bartenders in the sports bar. The food was excellent. We tried almost every restaurant available multiple times except for the mediterranean and the gourmet options. We are definitely planning on returning as my partner and I have stayed at multiple locations in Punta Cana and this is one of our top favorites!
