Whole stay was amazing! I have to thank to whole team for the best experience with my first stay in Egypt. The staff were very kind and helpful! The food was delicious! The place is perfectly located! There is nothing to complain about! It was one of my best stays and will be definitely back soon! THANK YOU!

An average hotel in a good location, with beautiful coral reefs on the private beach.The quality and services offered are more akin to a four-star hotel rather than a five-star one. The bathroom is outdated and not sufficiently clean. The quality of drinks and cocktails is very poor. While the staff works hard, there is a lack of effective management and vision. However, compliments to the staff for their hospitality. It is quite bothersome that services and excursions are continuously offered at the pool and on the beach.

Best vacation. We spent nice time in this hotel. We did a lot of activities durnig the day. Darts, Aqua gym, yoga, water polo. Pool party with foam and good musić. Beach with fire show. Room is clean and big. Food every day is defferent. Love this hotel

The rooms are a bit dated but large and clean. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and the gardeners take good care of them. Of course, this also applies to the pool areas and the pool boys. The food is good and varied, unfortunately there were always a lot of people at the buffet, so you had to queue - which is not my thing. I can highly recommend the oriental a la carte restaurant at the upper pool. The sambousas and the grill plate were delicious. A special thank you goes to the animation team and the pool bar team around Mr Ayman. They all do a great job and made sure my daughter and I had a wonderful time.
