出酒店樓下步行300米，馬路對面就是金沙灘🏖️景區，跟孩子們趕海撿海螺🐚很方便。老闆人很好，給提供了趕海工具，孩子玩的很開心。房間很大。兩室一廳一廚一衞，老闆還給升級了三間床，大家睡得很舒服。我們是淡季過來，三個大人兩個孩子住三晚一共花了五百多，性價比超高。

位置很好找，旁邊就有大排檔 ，過了馬路就是大海 ，不過來海邊還是要看好天氣，這兩天氣温不是很熱，海水有點涼，停車位很多，
被子和枕頭都很舒適 床墊軟硬適中。還多要了一床被子，服務很好。

房間乾淨整潔，廚房設備齊全可以做飯。衞生間有熱水器和洗衣機，帶家人孩子出來旅遊太方便了就和回到家一樣。樓下小區裏就有小吃街，買早飯方便，出門直行200來米就是海邊，小區旁邊還有免費停車場，下次來青島還定這家。

離公交車站近，但是具體位置不好找，需得提前致電店家溝通指引，店家耐心服務好👍，就是小區樓小區門口有很多海鮮餐飲多種選擇吃喝，晚上很安靜，外賣也方便可以直接送到房間門口，樓下有個門不知道晚上有沒有門禁，感覺不太安全，房間非常乾淨，跟家庭房一樣設備齊全，投影特別適合看歷史解説或是電影👍沙發和床柔軟舒適，晚上開窗風大冷，不要開窗温度適宜，有空調熱水器設備齊全，餐桌椅夠四六人坐，價格美麗，值得推薦👍

房間真的很大，雖然我們是倆人住但是老闆給我們升了個兩室一廳，出行外面就是金沙灘很方便，離地鐵站也不遠，像自己家裡一樣很温馨，而且沙發也很軟，投影還有騰訊會員，真的很好感覺

房間很大，兩室一廳。住了三天兩晚，及時補充了水和紙巾。
房間裏應有盡有，甚至還有陽台和洗衣機。必備的空調也有，還有一個廚房和冰箱。
房間無異味，很乾凈，坐在沙發用投影儀看電影很舒服。不用去電影院了。
房東很親切，給免費升級了房間！非常舒服的住了幾天！感謝～～下次還會來。

非常棒棒噠！就喜歡這種種草的店，真心不會讓人失望！我們住的是26樓，真是海景，天藍海也藍，高清投影無敵了，晚上看個電影很好，會員都是免費的，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，這個小區的房子我住了很多了，這家絕對是最好的，沒有之一！離海邊也很近，還有一條小吃街，很好。下次再來
