床舒服以外，有停車場，附近吃的店鋪不多。衞生間和淋浴房是共用一個燈開關排氣扇，排氣扇聲音巨巨響，震耳欲聾啊導致上廁所洗澡要不開着門要不摸着黑。客房門設計的有問題。隔着幾間房關門聲音巨大都有共振，嗡嗡的。重要的是不能換個厚點的窗簾麼，特別單薄，透光性真的好，天一亮房間裏就也跟着亮。

房間很大，衞生也不錯，衞生間的馬桶可能是舊了看起來有點不乾淨的感覺，就是早餐菜品很少。總體還是很不錯的

清明節來天水吃麻辣燙，在天水市區訂不到酒店，就訂到了這裏，開車也就一個小時，酒店環境很好，到的當晚就有免費的麻辣燙吃，早餐很豐盛，娃住的都想多住幾天，總之很滿意，也很開心，走的時候還有小禮品贈送，真的很用心。

酒店服務細心周到，尤其是前台小美女為客人着想，對客人遺忘的東西能精心保管，完璧歸趙，盡職盡責，特別提出表揚。來清水選擇金水源大酒店，住家的享受，回家的感覺！！！

網上看到酒店是三星級才預訂的。服務熱情周到，房間大，衞生乾淨整潔，環境舒適。對面就是充國廣場，夜景不錯，周圍小吃也很多，交通也很方便。早餐是自助餐，種類多，有牛肉麪，早餐大概20多種品種，很不錯。退房時還有小禮品贈送。

前幾天忙，忘記評價了，房間衞生挺乾淨，前台態度也特別好，前幾天帶着爸媽去住的，爸媽也説挺好，衹要去清水，都是住他們家，在清水，金水源已經算的上是挺好的酒店了，設施方面也不老套，有需要的寶貝們可以去試試，挺不錯
