因為孩子中考來回比較費時，就在網上訂了離七中最近的海上海，早上很早就來了，前台考慮周到給我們升級了南側的房間，服務非常周到熱情，讓孩子能順利的考試，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，今後還會光顧的

酒店在文化路的建設大街交點上，到哪都挺方便的，這趟出門這幾天住的第二貴的店了，但卻是最爛的一個，設施抽風，而且出發前提前打電話訂房問是有自助早餐
入住很快，當天前台服務員幫我們挑了個陽面的房間，非常暖和陽關很好，非常感謝，還告訴我們早餐在二樓七點半到九點半不用早餐票拿房卡就行，但是第二天我們7:20下到餐廳説沒自助了，然後等到八點多才送來，喝的就淺淺一小碗粥，乾糧衹有一個包子，問送餐的要説不管找前台，其他菜還很鹹問前台要粥和乾糧前台説馬上通知給送，等到8:40都沒信，76兩位的自助餐就這水平麼，耽誤一個多小時還又渴又齁鹹的，出門喝了一瓶咖啡一瓶水都沒緩過來
房間設施，空調是中央空調，冬天衹有暖風，電話是壞的，有事我都用的手機打賓館訂房諮詢電話，但前台態度一直挺好的，毛巾極其惡劣，還有圖片裏冰箱下面這個燈，晚上有個風吹草動就亮燈了，跟**一樣挺驚悚的，衞生間其他的還好，洗漱用品質量符合四鑽

前台小姐姐很熱情服務態度好，主動給房間免費升級，看到我們一家三口，又附贈了一份早餐。房間設施齊全乾凈，沒有異味。早餐也很豐盛。臨走我也把房間垃圾清理乾淨，方便打掃房間，理解萬歲！

酒店位置在市區，很方便，周邊有樂都滙商場。酒店房間相比其它連鎖酒店要大一些，整體超出預期。自己也有免費停車位，樓下有個西餐廳，酒店早餐的餐廳飯一般選擇比較少。

對這個酒店的一切都很滿意，住了兩天，酒店細節滿滿，很舒心，早餐很豐富，每個工作人員都很熱情，微笑服務，因為我掛了免打擾的牌子，還有保潔小姐姐來給我送水，能看出這個酒店對工作人員的培訓到位，總之，很滿意👍
