房間插座壞掉的，很晚到的房間裏，本身車就晚點了，再換房是換一張大床兩張小床的，也沒力氣換了，示意圖跟實際的房間差別還是挺大的，本身當天晚上就下小雨，這個入住體驗挺差，唉，之後還是住酒店吧

房屋很乾凈，距離海邊很近，步行也就2~3分鐘，透過屋裡的落地窗，可以看到大海，冬天空調很給力，房間很熱，兩台電視，其中一個電視還開通了小童VIP頻道，很細心，美中不足的是電熱水器每次衹夠洗一個人的，之後的人要再等上半個小時以上，水温才足夠熱。

房間給配水，每天4瓶，我反正是很需要的，很實用。景色所見即所得，12樓的海景很贊。室內裝修也基本是圖片上的樣子（但個人肯定不會這麼裝自家，材料好看多過結實耐用，衹是拍照好看）
可以開暖風，孩子穿着單衣跑來跑去一點兒都不用擔心冷。窗户可以很好地看到日出，但看不到日落（這一片應該都看不到，因為西邊有樓遮擋）。去海邊超近，慢慢悠悠5分鐘也夠從房間到沙灘上了。因為是淡季，樓裏很安靜，睡得很好。電梯也很好坐。附近外賣選擇很多，但是要到門口自己拿，不能進小區。
總體很滿意，下次來秦皇島還會優先選這裏。

海景房，就是房頂掛了兩根電線，很醜，樓梯有風沒有開關，晚上開着手機燈沒看清從樓梯上摔了幾個台階下來，屋內設施比較陳舊，就那樣吧，就是樓梯沒開關不能開燈真是無語了

房主超級好的一個小哥哥 我們從外地來的 還特意下樓接我們 給我們帶上樓 告訴我們哪有吃飯的地方啥的 第一次住民宿 以前都是住酒店 民宿方便一家老小出遊 方便 還安全 無意間看到的這個民宿 然後***搜攻略 看這個位置的民宿都超級好 真是讓我攤上了住的很舒服 體驗感很好 光錄像了 給家人給朋友看 都説好 然後忘記照相了 樓下停車場都很方便 停車費也不貴 就是大寫的一個好

💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]樓下就是海，位置在金夢海灣第一觀，應該算是離海最近的樓了，每次出門都要做很長時間的攻略，所以我選的基本沒出過錯～房間很大而且是loft ，簡約風格
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]樓上能看城市，樓下能看海景，可能因為房間的位置靠邊，所以看日出視角不是最佳（這次去就是短暫逃離為了看日出），但是也能看到～日落被其他的樓擋住了，所以日落可以找其他的海灘看，總體來説，還是舒服的～
美中不足，應該假期原因，樓道里晚上經常很吵，隔音效果一般～

帶着小孩兒行李特別多，地下車位直接上電梯入户，真是太方便了，而且位置特別好找，大落地窗，一進門就被海景震震撼到了，房東特別熱情，也很有耐心的回答所有問題，大大的贊，以後還會去的！

位置就在海邊，天氣好的話日出很美，房間適合拍照，入住很便捷，就是停車場需要收費，房東也很好，有問題及時溝通
