是個很熱心的房東，兩個人都很好説話，下雨了大哥還送傘☔在陌生地方感受到不一樣的温情，房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味，樓下就是超市和市場吃東西也很方便，下次有機會還會再來的

房間比圖片上還要驚艷，裝修風格很喜歡 ，各種設施佈置精美 ，衞生very乾淨 ,入住放心，我們一行來了9個人，感覺之前還可以在多容納6個人，周邊交通出行方便 ，距離景區也很近。老闆一家巨好，也很隨和，房間隔音好 ，整晚都睡得很安穩，下次還會選擇這家民宿

🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東人很熱心體貼。雖然下單時有一些Bug，但房東能夠積極處理協調，讓大家都滿意，有問題隨時問，很快回復，熱情幫忙。做服務到這個程度也就OK了！
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]房間清潔程度絕對是可以的，房東全家上陣親自做保潔，木見本色，鐵放光。讓挑剔環境的奶奶都感覺温馨舒適，絕對有家的感覺。
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]樓下一面是飯店（雖有些貴，但味道佳），另一面是早市，院裏超市、小餐館、海鮮市場應有盡有，生活圈1分鐘。距離鴿子窩和海天一色很近，看日出很方便。去淺水灣趕海也很方便。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]房間配套很齊全，我們一家7口，活動空間非常充裕。各空間分區做得很好，有很大的一體客餐廳，卧房間內空間也很充裕，動靜分隔做得不錯。廚房很棒，尤其是想自己一展廚藝的，超級推薦！

小區環境好，房間又大又乾淨，舒適！一梯一户，安全有保障，設施齊全，可以做飯（房主温馨配備了廚具），隔壁小區就要海鮮超市，方便。特別適合朋友和家人一起，房主人超好，不進給免費升級了房間，還給推薦了周圍好吃的好玩的地方，離着海邊公園開車就五分鐘。

每回出差都會住這家，老闆人好，熱心，房間寬敞，衞生也超乾淨那種，比起以前住的民宿真的強太多了，主要是北戴河冬天有暖氣的民宿很少，這一進屋很暖和的，不像沒有暖氣的屋裡冷冰冰，開空調半天都暖和不起來，廚房用品也很齊全，可以自己做飯吃，每次住的都很舒服，以後就是指定落腳點了。

寒假來喂海鷗 北戴河的海鷗沒有昆明的聰明哈哈哈哈沒有那麼親人。民宿非常好很乾凈，老闆和老闆娘很熱情！民宿和圖片介紹以及評論相符，大家可以放心住。絕對五星好評～期待下次～

淡季入住，200出頭住了個190的大平層，重點是一不小心住進了新疆老鄉的店裡，一家人入住就和回自家一樣，乾淨温馨，老闆熱情，家裡有的傢俱裏面備份齊全。下次有機會還會選擇入住。入住超級愉快，推薦入住

進入房間很是震驚，實物比圖片好太多太多了，裝修豪華有特色，房間很大，尤其衞生非常乾淨，床品也很乾凈，每個房間都有獨特風格，入住一級棒，希望老闆一如既往，下次還會再來！

這個大房子太漂亮了，我們一行6人從南方旅遊回來途經此地，入住一天，環境非常好，3室2衞，房間寬敞明亮，還暖和，廚房設施齊全，房間乾淨，裝修非常有特色，有一種家的感覺。房間裏有麻將機，樓下有早市。附近有個海鮮市場和超市。離景點也近，樓下有免費的停車場。老闆兩口子人非常熱情，有求必應，下次有機會再去。推薦大家入住此民宿，性價比超高。強力推薦給大家。
