出差來泰來，很驚喜！定了泰湖賓館酒店，房間衞生很乾凈，竟然有游泳館免費游泳，房間還提供酸奶，服務很熱情周到，酒店附近有個4A級公園，出差旅行，值得推薦！

夜裡住進去的，晚上很遲了。 房間很乾凈，暖氣很好，房間鞋子很好！ 飯店有點舊，但是環境很好，真的非常好，

2024年春節，電話預訂的三天房間，到店後被通知漲房費70塊，前台拒不承認接過我的預訂電話。入住後我用酒店的電話撥通前台，想繼續理論，前台跟我説這裏根本不是泰湖大酒店，我這間房號也是不存在的。我整個人都懵了，住過全國大大小小那麼多酒店，沒有碰到過如此不講契約精神的商家，也沒有被服務人員這麼對待過。而這種事竟然發生在我自己的家鄉，想想是確實很痛心。

設施不齊，衹提供2瓶免費礦泉水。內部裝修很一般般，房間衞生也讓人不舒服。10月開始供熱了，房間熱的受不了，可以提供風扇吹吹。早餐數量很少，整體感覺就像縣城招待所。外部裝修和形象是當地的最大最豪華的酒店。
