【設施和環境】三層樓小院，位於普者黑村中心地帶，鬧中取靜。距離美食主街和普新橋步行五分鐘而已，晚上非常安靜。我們帶11歲的娃入住，他很喜歡閣樓空間，小米全套設施非常方便，電視語音喚醒，尤其空調，聲音很小，送風很舒服，雖然被子給的厚，但是完全不影響休息。 【衞生】很乾凈，換得勤。【服務】特地提出來讚美的是老闆和老闆娘一家，我們早晨睡到十點半，下樓還專門給做早餐，米線卷粉饅頭雞蛋炸油條豆漿都有，屬於吃飽吃好的範疇！晚上我們出去吃燒烤，遇到大雨，老闆娘專門發訊息過來問人在哪裡，來接我們，怕我們沒傘……特別貼心！！入住送的柑太甜了，全部吃光了，夜裡送的冰西瓜也特別新鮮。在民宿扎堆的地方，這種服務可以説讓人相當省事，相當好！住宿體驗滿分。離開的時候，老闆娘特地送了伴手禮，讓我們嚐嚐當地特色藕粉，怎麼説呢，就很感動！出來玩舒適度很重要，也包括心情，下次再來，百分之百還得住這裏，民宿硬件設施好，更是有人情味的地方。

非常不錯，房間做了升級，空間很大，全部是小米家居智能。玩的一天給前台小姐姐打了無數個電話，景區的事情都事無鉅細的做了講解，普者黑玩的非常盡興。走的那天早上老闆娘送了茶葉禮盒，強烈推薦給去普者黑的朋友！

房間寬敞明亮乾淨，五星的衞生標準，家人朋友都很滿意，酒店真得特別乾淨，小而美、小而精。老闆話不多，但用行動表達表達着實實在在的熱情，泡茶講解周邊的遊玩事項，和特色餐飲。晚上下雨晚餐也是在酒店吃的，老闆熱情的拿了自己珍藏的5、6年的本地老酒給我們品嚐。老闆娘也是熱情、周到，一家讓人賓至如歸的精品名宿。酒店出門5分鐘就到了河邊，荷花蕩漾、江風徐徐，希望有機會可以二刷

給老闆娘一百個贊。來之前比較了很多民宿，有挺多評價衞生條件不行的，來到之後看看周邊環境確實如此。這家民宿非常乾淨，床品乾淨精緻，老闆娘也很熱情，還經營一家便利店，每次出門都送我們幾瓶水，送到我們不好意思接了。位置不沿湖，但是也非常好找了，其實沿湖也無所謂，畢竟是需要出去的，又不是一直躺酒店裡。
吐槽一下景區，非常非常的那啥，路邊拉車的要價張口就來，反正一切要小心。所以和見到的這些亂七八糟比起來，老闆娘更是難能可貴，算是對景區環境唯一滿意的地方吧。而且價格比其他家實惠多了，可以放心選這家，老闆娘還送了水果，臨走還送了兩盒藕粉。

酒店的設計好中意，一進門，就有前台人員熱情的接待。前台人員無微不至，內心專業的講解周邊的景點很是專業，房間也是很寬敞，透光性很好，整潔，簡直耳目一新，床也非常舒適。外出逛，還幫忙預約了車子。特別是看到我們帶了小孩子還特意幫我們升級了房間，然後落了東西老闆娘還特意致電告知並幫忙寄回。非常滿意，全五星
