The room was a mini-suit with modern and well-equipped kitchen, bar, small table, a mini-office area with desk and booker. The room was very comfortable, the room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom in perfect conditions and the cleaning of 10. The only one I could have against is the location as it is not so central but at the same time it was perfect for me because I wanted to be near the House of Culture (for a concert). It is also close to walking from a Megamaxi, several restaurants and a very nice old cinema. I would certainly be back home here I was glad, even though I stayed away from other places because for the price, attention and comfort it is worth it.

Like it very much, the location is good, the environment is good, this supermarket in Quito is still suitable for tourism, the environment is good, there are many attractions, and the transportation is convenient. Breakfast is a bit simpler. In the large suite, the living room feels useless and wasted. The large bathtub is very luxurious. The way of bathing is wrong and I almost fainted in it.

I highly recommend staying at the NH Quito hotel. The service is excellent and the food is of very good quality. Dinner-Chef Jonnathan personally serves guests at their table and all three meals during the week were excellent. The dedication and hard work of the entire staff is evident in the effort they put into making guests feel at home. The pillows are great and the room service is also very good.

We stayed her with g adventures before and after our Galápagos trip. Very clean . Room was big and very comfy . Secure baggage store. We even left a bag while we were on our trip . Roof top pool and spa - amazing views but it does get incredibly hot . It’s open till late. Breakfasts start at 4.00 - we needed that as our trip left at 4.30!! Great Buffett selection !! Cold meat / cheese , hot options , fruit , fresh baked bread, cereals and yoghurt. They provide filtered water in the reception and on several of the floors - perfect to fill up water bottles. It’s not very safe walking round - we walked to the hop on hop off bus and we’re told by the police not to walk around. So we ate in the restaurant in the evening . Good food - soMe very tasty local dishes but avoid the pizza !! On our last night our tour went to an amazing Columbia’s restaurant- which was close by. My only gripe is that when we arrived at the hotel 10.30 am we were told that our room was ready but it would cost $50 to check in early . Or we could come back at 2 ish . We went on the tourist bus and had a great afternoon sightseeing.

The landlords are two old men. The old man receives the reception and the old woman cooks. The environment is clean and smoking is not allowed in the room. You will be reminded that you can smoke on the street on the roof. The food is very delicious. You can also make reservations for lunch and dinner.

First of all, the Hilton Colon - like most Hiltons outside the U.S. - is far superior to equivalent Hilton properties in the States. Relatively clean rooms (no stray hairs anywhere!), comfortable bed, great shower water pressure, clean towels, nice and cozy executive lounge, etc. The room, and the property in general, is dated but things mostly work as they should. In the Southwest facing ”executive” king room, and in the executive lounge, the views of the city are spectacular. Unfortunately, the ”free” breakfast buffet is slop, with the most atrocious coffee in Quito. The exception is the made-to-order egg station and the nice gentleman who expertly cooks them. Bring your own coffee from one of the countless cafes nearby and then order just the eggs and some toast. Or, better yet, get an authentic Ecuadorian breakfast elsewhere for just a few dollars. There was extensive road construction going on during my stay on Avenida Patria, which is the main road adjacent to the South side of the property. Very loud during the day, and bright spot-lights aimed at the hotel were left on during the night for some perplexing reason. Not the hotel's fault, of course - just something to be aware of if planning to stay here in the near future. Lastly, the front desk receptionists at this hotel reminded me of the female customs agents at Quito airport. Not friendly for sure, and rather stern. On the other hand, many other staff members, housekeeping in particular, were kind and helpful. Would I stay here again? I think so, once the road construction is completed.

The room is the same as the picture, and the same toiletries are provided. There is no hair dryer, there is hot water, and the doorbell will be opened when you check in. There is breakfast, or a fat-reducing meal, freshly squeezed orange juice. Not far from the attractions. It is recommended not to go out at night.

No air conditioning, so no heating, the quilt is too thin, the bed cover is a blanket, too heavy, a series of operations that I don't understand? Maybe it's for a strong or fat person to sleep. The rooftop scenery is beautiful, you can go up and see. Is it really unthinkable that there are no slippers? It's better to live in a Chinese homestay (｡_í｡) The price/performance ratio feels quite average I think 200 RMB is the best. It is worthy of praise: the friend's mobile phone fell into the taxi, the handsome guy at the front desk worked very hard to actively help find someone, chase the phone, thank you very much In addition, remember to tip your babies when you go out.

Came here with a relatively large group at the start and end of our university trip to Ecuador, and this was definitely the best place to stay in Quito! Miguel is so wonderful, helpful, and kind we could not have asked for a better person to help us get acclimated to the area. The rooms were great and really comfortable, with a beautiful courtyard area! Breakfast in the morning was amazing and tasted so good, especially the warm bread we had. Honestly, it was the most comfortable and safe-feeling place we stayed during our whole 2 week trip through Ecuador!

This charming hotel was supposed to be a one night stay for us after two weeks in the Galapagos- a final big night, New Year's Eve in Quito. Instead, we discovered on New Year's Day that our daughter had tested positive for Covid. We don't know what we would do have done had it not been for the compassion of owner Miguel, who refused to abandon us in our hour of need. He immediately arranged for a separate room with kitchenette for our daughter while my husband and I stayed in a separate room. We were all, including staff, extremely careful with regard to sanitary protocols, distancing and masking. The staff helped us with arranging for on-site local testing and other necessary arrangements. They helped us with cabs, arranging for take out dinners, and our room rate included a nourishing breakfast. We stayed for another 8 days until she tested negative and in addition received a Document of Recovery from a doctor. Convenient location allowed for easily walkable trips to the Quito marketplace, which was superb. The artful decor and plant filled patios and decks made this a charming stay. Huge shout out to Miguel, Carolina, Steven and the staff for being so gracious and kind to help us out during daughter's Covid!!
