From start to finish, our stay was perfection! Every detail was so thoughtful, and every single staff member was friendly, professional and eager to help.The front office manager, Justine, provides and elegant and attentive service, together with Beatrice and Elena from the front desk. Our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We really appreciated the typical products as welcome amenities on our arrival. The Restaurant, le Rondini, was a special treat.. there are really swallows inside :) Daria, the manager has created a lovely a**osphere and the food was delicious. It's absolutely a place for foodies! Last but not least, the spa is a real gem. It feels like a home away from home. It will be our go -to Hotel in Chianti from here on! Francesca & Alessio :)

My stay in Pieve Aldina in Tuscany’s Chianti region was enchanting. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, this charming haven exuded rustic elegance. I mastered pasta-making, explored Montepulciano’s storied streets, and indulged at the Prada outlet. Warm hosts and exquisite Tuscan cuisine made this journey unforgettable—a spiritual retreat blending serenity and adventure.

Staff seemed a little confused and disorganised. Chairs throughout hotel very uncomfortable. I was surprised to find so many Zara Home elements in our room. Very noisy aircon in room 18. Pumps just outside the room gave me staff entrance vibes. Bad soundproofing between rooms. Fabric on sun loungers were stained.

We had the most wonderful stay at Pieve Aldina! We were visiting Tuscany for our 10 year wedding anniversary, and everything about our stay here was excellent. The hotel has been open for less than a year so all of the facilities were in perfect condition, and the setting in the Tuscany hills was just beautiful. We had booked a junior suite, but the hotel was not full so we were upgraded to a spacious and lovely suite. The rooms were a mix of modern furnishings and old world charm - very well appointed. We had dinner one night at the hotel which was very good, and the breakfasts were also very nice. What made our stay extra special was the fantastic staff. Beatrice and Justine at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of - they gave us excellent recommendations for local wineries (and booked us visits with short notice), and great suggestions on local villages to visit. Daria in the restaurant was also wonderful. She was very welcoming to us at every meal, and she arranged a champagne toast for us on our anniversary day. Fabio the general manager was also very kind and friendly. He checked in on us throughout the stay. We loved this location in Radda - it was a short drive from many great wineries, local restaurants and villages, and it was just beautiful. We will definitely return.

The staff at Pieve Aldina are above and beyond any possible expectations. Everyone took care of us from the moment we arrived at the beautiful hotel. A friend and I spent two nights here and made the most of the staff's local recommendations. Great service, lovely a**osphere, attentive and very personable staff throughout the visit. We had the most wonderful time, the property is truly unique. The small scale - only 22 rooms - ascertains privacy. The food was truly amazing - the breakfast is the best we ever had, simple but delicious, and the dinner was amazing. The staff was kind and very helpful and accommodating. The sound proofing in the room was remarkable and the facilities were brilliant. Thank you so much! We will for sure be back!

Having stayed at the sister hotel in Provence which was stunning, we had high expectations for this hotel. Unfortunately whilst the building is beautiful, the location was stunning and the staff very friendly we were disappointed by the following - The entire property lacks a**osphere. It feels unfinished which maybe is the case as it opened in July . There really is nowhere to sit and relax outside. It’s set up with lots of tables and chairs in which you can’t relax, the dining room is too bright and feels clinical. The inside spaces of the main hotel building are lovely but again nowhere to relax. We were in a junior suite. There was an open clothes area by the bed which was a poor quality and with nowhere to put bags or many clothes. There was no mirror near a plug to do hair. We visited the pool late afternoon only to find towels left from previous users and lunch debris. We didn’t stay there long. It feels unfinished and not enough time or money has been spent on furnishings, equipment and other finishing touches to make the best of a spectacular property. Sadly we would not return as not a 5 star hotel in our personal view. That being said we believe with some time and more inves**ent this hotel could be amazing
