other than water in the water park being clean, everything else wasn't clean, intermittent water supply in d bathroom.

Over all good experience receptionist and all other staff was very responsive must visit this place

Unfortunately, i found the cleanliness of the room to be below expectations. The bed sheets and cushions were very dirty, and it appeared that they hadn't been washed for at least a week. This was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the food provided was decent, but the overall experience was impacted by the cleanliness issues.

I recently stayed at this resort, expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience, but unfortunately, it fell far below expectations. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, and not as clean as it should have been. The furniture was worn out, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The walls were thin, so I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms all night. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the corners, a leaking faucet, and poor water pressure in the shower. The towels were old and rough, and there was a constant unpleasant smell that made the entire stay uncomfortable. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I wouldn’t recommend this resort unless they make some serious improvements.

Stay was pleasant and safe, pool was cleaned and room was fresh food was delicious staff was comforting and friendly really enjoyed our stay hope to visit soon

There is no network in the room. They do not have wifi in the room. There was no water in my room. The issue was not solved even after informing the staff.

Very bad timings for use amenities swimming pool and water park

The food was bland, the service terrible and overall the stay was quite average. We had to wait for almost 2 hrs after the check in time before our rooms were provided. The resort was full and as such the staff appeared ill equipped to manage them. We ordered dinner and it took an hour for them to place a simple order of dal rice and when the food came, it was cold. Not even room temperature but cold. The water pressure in the washroom was bad, and overall the condition of the property was quite shabby. Maybe skip this resort as options are plenty.

. Me and my wife stayed there for a weekend and it was a good experience. Room was very spacious and clean. Property is huge and the river by the lush green lawn is very peaceful. Water slides are adequate for children but small for adults. Breakfast is so-so

I booked supreme cottage but it was very small. Plus i paid almost 8k for such a small room. Overall it was good for family stay. But they say supreme cottage but it's not at all supreme, it was a medium sized room and double bed is all very small size.

Water park is best, water is clean, likely less chlorine. Good food avg room and room services. Location is good.

Breakfast quality and service was not good, other everything is good, greenery and housekeeping is good

We chose this resort because it’s 15 mins drive from imagica. It’s clean and tidy. Little understaffed. Food was good. Good hospitality.
